Ibis is generally consistent value accomodation with the options of bugdet upwards in terms of their hotels. This Ibis budget wasnt up to the usual standard im afraid. Positives: comfortable matress, adequate breakfast, close to motorway. Lidl is opposite as is mcdonalds and their are various restaurant options within a mile or so. Negatives: room unbearably hot and no climate control, 1 tiny towel and no toilet paper. Location feels uncared for. We would stay at alternative locations in future.

Good Hotel the staff is friendly and helpful and speak English very well clean rooms . good breakfast and everything was fresh and well organize .good location drinks and snacks are available during breakfast and also from automat machine at the location fast check in and easy check out

ery good hotel ,nice location and well managed , friendly staff and nice welcome . the room was clean and got everything you need and perfectly enough space for 2 person . the light can be adjusted from the bed however you want the breakfast attractive & good presented , staff very hygienic , available parking spot

My stay at the Ibis Budget Hotel Augsburg Gersthofen was outstanding. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. Delicious breakfast. I highly recommend the Ibis Budget Hotel Augsburg Gersthofen. It has everything you need for a great stay.

wonderful place but the reception was not 24 hours , the price was worth it , the receptions were super friendly and there were supermarkets and restaurants near there , the hotel was clean but not perfect

Look this is a simple and cheap hotel, for 40 bucks a night you can’t expect much but what you can expect here is decent service, The people running his hotel were super nice to us and helped us out massively. Excellently positioned in the heart of Gersthofen Conveniently right next to Lidl, and only 10 minutes walk from the number one restaurant.

Ich habe noch nie solche Zimmer gesehen. Die Abläufe stinken, die Betten fallen auseinander. Spinnenweben wohin man schaut. Das waschbecken verbrannt mit Zigaretten obwohl Rauchverbot ist. Die Nasszelle der Dusche hat auch ihre besten Jahre gehabt. Ich glaube die Zimmer werden nur alle 3 Monate gereinigt und das von Leuten die das null interessiert. Also zum Schluss noch ich kann nur abraten.

Für die Tage war sehr gut. Zimmer müssen renoviert werden. Ambiente sehr sauber, Frühstück köstlich, Mitarbeiter freundlich, Supermärkte gegenüber, Kein Ausblick, Lobby riecht nach viel Parfüme, Preise angemessen würde weiterempfehlen
