Myrion Beach Resort & Spa - Adults Only

Booked Myrion beach resort for my birthday, and it did not disappoint. Wonderful, stunning hotel! We arrived late due to flight delays, however check in was speedy and we were shown to our rooms. We had superior double rooms facing the pool which was a lovely view of the garden, pool and sea. The rooms were modern and clean, nice big shower and balcony. The bed was so comfy we didn’t want to get out of it! Toiletries and tea, coffee making facilities in the room. We had room 3201 which faced sunrise and the room had glorious sun all day. We loved the pool scene, and the DJ that was playing music in the afternoon. In the evening it was lovely sitting by the pool listening to the waves, fantastic cocktails (pina colada was lush). We were B&B at the hotel, breakfast was very nice, good variety of cooked food from eggs all ways, cheese, meats, potatoes, veg, breads, pastries, cakes, fruit and cereals. The iced lattes were also delicious! The hotel is very clean and modern, we loved the cabanas by the pool, and the gardens were beautiful. The beach is long, with stone and sand, great for a long walk in the evening. I fell in love with the two black cats in the hotel, they are so friendly and love a cuddle, made our holiday having them around. All the staff are friendly and chatty, always smiling. Pool bar food was delicious, and good price. The location of the hotel was great, nice and quiet, we loved coming back to it after a days exploring. Bus stop just up the road from the hotel, there is a stop outside the hotel, but due to end of season no bus was running, you have to walk to the main road to catch a bus. €2 euros each way, takes you to Chania with stops on the way. A couple of local shops by hotel, which stock everything you need, and some fantastic restaurants down the road, Proimos being our favourite.

Stayed in this hotel for a one week holiday with my family and there is absolutely any bad things to say about it. For us, this hotel was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Personel were very friendly and professional. The cleanliness, service and food where all amazing. Everything (pool, beach, rooms and restaurant) where within good distance. The overall athmosphere was beatufull and relaxing. We highly recoment this hotel.

This was my fifth trip to Crete, and Myrion Beach & Spa Hotel truly exceeded all expectations! The atmosphere was serene, and the hotel’s beautiful low-rise, modern design retained an authentic Greek/Cretan charm. We stayed in a split-level junior suite that was immaculate and well-designed. The large infinity pool was a highlight, with a great mix of Ibiza chill-out tunes during the day and funky jazz in the evening, creating the perfect vibe. The poolside DJ sets were subtle and added to the relaxing ambiance. Dining was a standout, especially at the Greek à la carte restaurant, where both the food and evening music were superb. The electric violinist with a blend of classical and dance music made for memorable entertainment. The staff were wonderful—special thanks to Elena at reception, Despina the pool lifeguard, Theodora at the restaurant, and the many lovely Maria’s who made our stay so welcoming. Overall, Myrion Beach & Spa Hotel offered a luxurious, relaxing experience with top-tier service and stunning facilities. I will definitely be returning!

A uniquely peaceful, stylish and beautiful hotel, with superb pool and beach! Immaculately clean, tranquil and relaxing, the design inside and out is gorgeous, food is great quality and service very good. Easy to reach Chania by bus, and to be collected for excursions, for example Balos and Gramvousa by coach and ferry was fantastic.

What a fantastic experience we have had at this hotel , 12 days of bliss! We booked the Myrion hoping for 5 * service and that's what we got. From the minute we arrived to the minute we left we've had the most amazing time . The hotel is Beautiful, clean & luxurious!..The location is perfect , a 1 minute stroll to the gorgeus private beach , and a well placed bus stop in front of the hotel is very convenient to ride into Plantanious & Chania (every 30mins) The room's & service are of a high standard, we were not too happy with the location of our room on arrival & as soon as we let reception know , we were offered another room , it was an upgrade , and just lovely with a sea view , it had two TV's perfect for our 16yr old to watch his You Tube videos . The Fluffy bath robes & Slippers were an added luxury. The food was of a very high standard, it fitted very well with the hotel's 'well being' theme. We had Breakfast & Evening meals. We were kindly left a complimentary bottle of wine & chocolate in our room , as it was our anniversary while staying here. The room's were cleaned daily, tge response to any issues was prompt (safe not working) I had a luxurious Spa treatment , (exfoliation, warm oils , and chocolate body butter ) which was perfect) Finally the biggest compliment goes to the staff..they were amazing, ALWAYS smiling, attentive , helpful, professional & said on many occasions , that our experience was important to them . If its 5* experience you want , then you will have your expectations met here at the Myrion Hotel. We will be back x

Just spent a week here. Amazing! Professional but very friendly staff. Clean, modern and stunning adults only hotel. Rooms are clean and well designed. Food is of high quality. Direct access to the beach where one can order drinks to your sun lounger via an App. Extra shout out to the staff at the A' la cart restaurant and bar by the pool in the evenings. Always special service and laughs. The overall location is just far enough from Platanias town that it feels "off" and relaxing. I am already thinking of returning next year. If i have to find a fault - it's a tiny one; the cool trendy lighting in the room wasn't bright enough for an old guy like me to shave in the "bathroom" mirror :) 10/10 for the location, hotel, staff, service, food/drinks, garden and beach. Oh and there's a gym, spa and paddle court.
