Myrion Beach Resort & Spa - Adults Only

Booked Myrion beach resort for my birthday, and it did not disappoint. Wonderful, stunning hotel! We arrived late due to flight delays, however check in was speedy and we were shown to our rooms. We had superior double rooms facing the pool which was a lovely view of the garden, pool and sea. The rooms were modern and clean, nice big shower and balcony. The bed was so comfy we didn’t want to get out of it! Toiletries and tea, coffee making facilities in the room. We had room 3201 which faced sunrise and the room had glorious sun all day. We loved the pool scene, and the DJ that was playing music in the afternoon. In the evening it was lovely sitting by the pool listening to the waves, fantastic cocktails (pina colada was lush). We were B&B at the hotel, breakfast was very nice, good variety of cooked food from eggs all ways, cheese, meats, potatoes, veg, breads, pastries, cakes, fruit and cereals. The iced lattes were also delicious! The hotel is very clean and modern, we loved the cabanas by the pool, and the gardens were beautiful. The beach is long, with stone and sand, great for a long walk in the evening. I fell in love with the two black cats in the hotel, they are so friendly and love a cuddle, made our holiday having them around. All the staff are friendly and chatty, always smiling. Pool bar food was delicious, and good price. The location of the hotel was great, nice and quiet, we loved coming back to it after a days exploring. Bus stop just up the road from the hotel, there is a stop outside the hotel, but due to end of season no bus was running, you have to walk to the main road to catch a bus. €2 euros each way, takes you to Chania with stops on the way. A couple of local shops by hotel, which stock everything you need, and some fantastic restaurants down the road, Proimos being our favourite.

Newly built in high standard with great staff and location just by the sea. Only downside is the beach with more stones than sand but the turtles love it and that is an experience to learn about their life! Poolside daytime is magical and very calm!

A uniquely peaceful, stylish and beautiful hotel, with superb pool and beach! Immaculately clean, tranquil and relaxing, the design inside and out is gorgeous, food is great quality and service very good. Easy to reach Chania by bus, and to be collected for excursions, for example Balos and Gramvousa by coach and ferry was fantastic.

My boyfriend and I have just finished our week-long stay at Myrion, and it was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is beautifully designed with stunning interiors. The pool area is fantastic, featuring plenty of sun loungers, relaxing music, and a great restaurant. We opted for half-board, so both breakfast and dinner were included. The dinners were excellent, with different themes each night. The location is great with a bus stop outside that takes you into Platanias and Chania with lots of bars and restaurants available. A few minor drawbacks. The service was generally slow, with long waits for coffee at breakfast and for plates to be cleared. Additionally, the room cleaning was inconsistent; some days, tea and milk were not replenished, and wine glasses from the previous night were not replaced. Despite these minor issues, the staff were very pleasant, and we especially appreciated Petros in the spa and Despina at the pool. We will definitely be back!

Just spent a week here. Amazing! Professional but very friendly staff. Clean, modern and stunning adults only hotel. Rooms are clean and well designed. Food is of high quality. Direct access to the beach where one can order drinks to your sun lounger via an App. Extra shout out to the staff at the A' la cart restaurant and bar by the pool in the evenings. Always special service and laughs. The overall location is just far enough from Platanias town that it feels "off" and relaxing. I am already thinking of returning next year. If i have to find a fault - it's a tiny one; the cool trendy lighting in the room wasn't bright enough for an old guy like me to shave in the "bathroom" mirror :) 10/10 for the location, hotel, staff, service, food/drinks, garden and beach. Oh and there's a gym, spa and paddle court.

We arrived and were offered a glass of prosecco which was a nice gesture, room was fine not huge but adequate, hit and miss on items being replenished in the room but helpful staff when you asked for things. Breakfast not very relaxing items not restocked was waiting for bread to toast. not able to sit outside and where you could sit was debatable. Evening meal a different experience relaxing and a varied choice of dishes. Cats are welcome additions. Used spa for massage, staff friendly and massage good. A good 15/20 minute walk to bus stop, be good idea for bus stop outside hotel to run for whole season. Some music in the evening restaurant area would be nice Sunbeds on beach with parasols. Trips from Kissam9s port available to Balos beach and Gramvousa a nice day out.
