Harmony Boutique Resort - Adults Only

Das Hotel war sehr bemüht um seine Gäste. Zwei GästeBetreuer kümmern sich um alle Belange der Gäste und waren sehr zuvorkommend und versorgt uns mit jeder Menge Informationen. Wir hatten ein elegantes Doppelzimmer im Erdgeschoss gebucht, und das war sehr sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Durch die unmittelbar davor liegende Straße war es leider nicht sehr ruhig. Im Zimmer roch es öfter nach Abfluss und irgendwie modrig. Leider war der Service im Restaurant Ophelia teilweise wirklich schlecht. Einige Mitarbeiter wirkten irgendwie genervt und waren unfreundlich. Es gab oft lange Wartezeiten bis man überhaupt eine Bestellung aufgeben konnte. Das Servieren der Speisen erfolgte dann gehetzt und unpersönlich. Die Qualität der Speisen war okay aber nicht überdurchschnittlich. Der Sauna und Fitnessbereich ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz und hoteleigene Strandliegen sind ausreichend vorhanden. Der Standort eignet sich auch hervorragend, um Ausflüge in die Region zu unternehmen.

We have just enjoyed a week at Harmony Boutique with two 16 year olds from UK. What an absolutely fantastic experience. We enjoyed every aspect of our holiday. We arrived in the very early hours and were presented with a lovely hamper with a sandwich, drink and fruit (and a bottle of complementary wine in our rooms). We were also given a complimentary upgrade to a delux double which was a lovely touch. Our room was spotless and had everything we needed. Lovely to have fresh water brought every day and daily room service was very clean and tidy. We were B&B originally but upgraded to HB as it was only around £230 extra for the week so felt it would be worthwhile. We ate in every restaurant during our stay. The buffet food was fresh and tasty. Lots of German inspired foods as lots of guests are German. We enjoyed eating in Armonia on the beach front especially. We very much appreciated the beach loungers which had a variety of beds to suit your taste. Lovely clean beach and no fighting for beds which made a refreshing change! It’s an adult only hotel which meant it was very chilled and quiet which we enjoyed. Lovely to have service on the beach direct to your umbrella. The sea is beautiful and very safe for swimming as it’s quite shallow for a long way. We enjoyed snorkelling as there were lots of fish to see. We took a land train to Kuornas lake which was fun and very reasonable. Not many sun loungers at the lake but we had been a bit spoilt at our resort! We enjoyed the roof terrace bar near to our hotel I think it was above Princes hotel. Our teenagers especially liked the aesthetic appeal of this bar and the views at night. Hotel entertainment was very good and we enjoyed many cocktails watching them of an evening. The hotel arranged a taxi for us to enjoy a day at the water park. It cost us 65 euros each way but was well worth it and our teenagers enjoy it a lot. All the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely to get a hamper with olive oil and water on our departure day. I looked at hundreds of hotels for our holiday and this one stuck out to me due to the glowing reviews and I was not at all disappointed. It lived up to its reputation and I would highly recommend it. The location of the hotel is wonderful and everything is on your doorstep. I didn’t worry about our teenagers being out and about on their own and felt totally safe. Thank you for a wonderful stay Harmony Boutique.
