The best thing about this hotel is it's location The staff there is unprofessional. The toilet leaked,the bathroom drain was clogged and there was no housekeeping during the 5 days we stayed. The hi speed internet (wifi) they advertise was down for the entire weekend.. The breakfast which was to be served from 6am was never ready,sometimes not until 9am..The provided coffee and no cups.

must state please avoid staying at this establishment at all costs. The customer service was really bad and as soon as we arrived the room was not clean .bed sheets and towels stained. Very dusty room and the air conditioning not working properly for all the time of our stay. We wanted a room that had disability provision the shower, bed and space for a wheelchair. The room was not adequate the shower space small had difficulty with slippery floor when wet. So many problems with this place.having to ask for clean towels and everyday we had to ask for the room to be cleaned. The mattress was uncomfortable lumpy, and dusty We had days of more than two days no cleaning and clean towels and no toilet paper basic housekeeping was not being done. The water was brown for several days and we had no hot water for the time of our stay over a week and more We stated several times to management we had no hot water and they didn't fix it or care . The management were rude and unprofessional. Harassment and aggressive in tone and would roll eyes when we asked for things to be done. The standard is a very poor quality for the amount charged the swimming pool was unclean so we did not use and breakfast was not fully catered for in terms of a selection. They had no regard for disabled people and providing a service. We did not want to pay the amount they wanted as we received such a bad service. They harassed us and when we wanted to speak to the director it was met with lies as we wanted to ensure we discuss all our concerns with the director. Avoid staying here
