Dear Hotel Management Team,
Hello!
We are guests who checked in to your hotel on November 09, 2024. During our stay, we encountered some issues that affected our experience, and we would like to provide feedback regarding these matters.
Firstly, the air conditioning in the initially assigned room was not working properly, making the room temperature uncomfortable. After reporting this to the front desk, we were moved to a second room, but unfortunately, the air conditioning in the new room was still insufficient. This situation affected our sleep quality, impacting our plans for the following day.
In addition, the sink in the second room was blocked, and there were visible cracks around the edge of the sink. These issues not only caused inconvenience but also posed a potential safety hazard.
We hope the hotel will take our feedback seriously and address the air conditioning and facility issues in the rooms to prevent similar experiences for other guests. Additionally, we would appreciate some form of compensation for our experience, such as an upgrade or partial refund, as a gesture of goodwill.
