Disfrutamos de nuestra estadía aquí por dos noches. Nuestra habitación es espaciosa, limpia y tiene vista al mar y el hotel tiene una ubicación céntrica y fácil acceso a establecimientos de comida y centros comerciales. Personal eficiente y amable, y este hotel, aunque un poco anticuado, cuenta con todas las comodidades en comparación con los hoteles más nuevos de la ciudad. En general, estoy feliz y satisfecho y volveremos para otra estadía.

Hotel look old style but very clean, carpet flooring but no dust allergies. Room spacious and clean fully equipped with 5 star hotel standard. Location is very convenient to go anywhere in Penang, especially George Town. I would stay there again if I go Penang.

Stayed for 2 nites. I booked this hotel because I wanted to swim and swimming pool was closed. Yes hotel is old, room is ok but no power socket anywhere at the desk or bedside to charge your phone. Hotel should at least provide extension cord for all rooms. I had lunch at the all day dining, worst ice lemon tea was presented, for 20 ringgit you get a very small glass maybe only 8 ounce. The captain said this was their standard. The second day I wanted to have lunch but was tolf that the whole coffe house was fully bookef for groups, not walk in guests. I complained to the captain and he said he will carry a table for me. I do not want to make it dificult for him, its the poor management fault. I got very angry and dine elsewhere. They could have arrange some tables and reserved or the house guests. Nevet come back again.

Big hotel, nice environment, good staffs, nice breakfast. Hotel also provide swimming pool for kids, kids room to play, spa massage and gym.
Good location and easy to go anywhere.

Great place. Most of time visiting Penang surely book this hotel, unless if its full booked. Love the idea of ice box pantry, Penang very hot, so its very convenient. Just love it
