設施：雖然比較簡單，但你能感覺到店家滿滿的用心，需要的都有 衞生：非常乾淨的，在這個環境裏有家的感覺 環境：周邊是小印度，還能走100多米去到海邊看海，海那邊有輪渡 服務：服務非常優質，老闆親自幫拿行李，還親自詢問要不要煎蛋，還給拿一份印度餅給你嘗試，很貼心。

Staying in a restored Chinese herbalist's shophouse is a unique and wonderful experience. Absolutely loved the character of the building and the co-owner, Teng, was a fantastic resource for suggestions. The location of this property is fantastic, very near to tons of restaurants, Little India, currency exchanges, and other sights of interest. The steep wooden staircase and the collection of old medical paraphernalia gave this place a lot of charm and character. We also liked coming in at night and hanging out in the bistro area before going up to our room. We are very pleased that we chose to pay a little more in order to stay here. However, the breakfast was a letdown - it was not bad, just not that great. The cooked-to-order eggs, fruit, coffee/tea, and roti were all quite good but the rest of the offerings were meh. Also, our room was quite small and the bathroom not nice, as it has an unfinished concrete floor and no design/decor. there was no counter space to put toiletries. But, the shower itself was good - hot and strong. We really like this hotel overall. We think it was a little overpriced, however understand it takes more money to have the privilege to stay in a restored historic building.

The staffs were the nicest I have ever met, warm, sincere and very helpful. The room we stayed was comfortable with great shower and good quality of shower gel and shampoo. Needless to say it is at a great location. Breakfasts covered a wide spread of food. We had a wonderful times here. Thank you to the staffs who made the difference.

BEST HOTEL on this trip! No only did it live up to everything it advertises the staff, the location, the quality of the experience and the food surpassed all of our expectations! STAY HERE if you are visiting Georgetown and Penang! You will not be disappointed!

Stayed 4 nights at the Ren I Tang in Georgetown and found it a lovely place to stay full of character and history and the most and wonderful staff who made our stay. Its a lovely oasis to return to after a day out and about, perfectly sited in the middle of Georgetown's old quarter. The room (12) was lovely, great bed, large space, so heritage, facing onto the main thoroughfare which made it an interesting place to chill. You could almost feel that its a place that any aspiring author would write there first novel Breakfast was lovely and varied and it was nice to feel cared for and that if you needed something or advice it was not a problem. Would recommended this place without reservation.
