There are three bedrooms on the first floor; two with queen-sized beds and another with custom-made dual bunkbeds with XL-twin mattresses. The family room has a large sectional couch and Smart TV for those relaxing evenings watching your favorite streaming shows. The walk down to Hideaways and the beach is only 2-3 minutes; Palm Bay Beach is often shallow and calm with great snorkeling along the rock formations. The ideal temperature settings are around 72-73 degrees. Its okay to lower to 70 degrees at night in each bedroom; but please turn off when leaving the house for the day. Each floor also has large AC units which should remain on at 73-74 degrees during the day (please turn off at night). When departing for home, please leave these larger units on but set the temperature to 76 degrees and all bedroom units should be turned off.
