Hoteles con bar en George Town

Location of this hotel is very good. Gurney Paragon mall, Gurney Plaza, Coco Island and hawker foods are within walking distance. We like the night market which took us 8-10 mins walk from hotel. Also Penang Hill, George town art street, Penang Road Famous Laksa and Moh Teng Pheow Nyonya Koay are nearby. Cleanliness also good and staffs are friendly too. Recommend to stay here.

選擇的時候有擔心過新開業的酒店味道的問題，糾結了許久，但是住進去了非常喜歡。 酒店設計很喜歡，有南洋風，工作人員的服裝也都搭配整體的設計。 服務人員都很nice，早班機到達，給的歡迎drink很提神。12:00就能入住了。前台小哥哥説我去住的前一天才開業，我是當天第一個客人。 房間設計不愧是新酒店，非常合理，又獨立的衣帽間和化粧台，浴缸和客廳面對的海景，非常怡人，是手持掛燙機，不再是笨重的熨斗了，很喜歡！ 之前很糾結定濱城東家酒店還是傲途格，出去玩完路過東家酒店，覺得自己的選擇非常明智！因為那邊晚上真的很吵，相比傲途格很安靜！ 回來晚上收到酒店的開夜床小禮物，也很驚喜。 缺點就是確實剛開業，還是有點味道，估計再過一段時間就好了。然後床上面的煙感一閃一閃的，睡眠不好的可能會影響，也和前台小姐姐反饋了，估計也會解決吧。

The breakfast has a wide array of foods to choose from and service rendered was very good. Location is very good too. The only set back that I faced is the cleanliness in the room. The new towel in the bathroom was dirty with obvious stain. When asked for room cleaning, the towel was left on the floor to indicate immediate change but they quietly fold it back and put back the same towel at the rack. That was a big disappointment. The chair was dusty too with many unknown hairs attached at corners. The room cleaning service was very poor.

Tenía muchas ganas de alojarme en este hotel, pero las fotos reales y las del sitio web son muy diferentes. Había 2 dormitorios y solo 1 tiene baño adjunto, el otro está al lado del baño común en el comedor. Toda la zona tiene un ambiente muy minimalista. El inodoro no tiene ganchos adicionales para colgar la ropa. Así que tendrás que poner tu ropa o toalla poniendo la funda del inodoro. La mampara de la ducha ni siquiera evita que el agua salpique, por lo que el suelo siempre está mojado. No hay soporte para papel higiénico ni lugar para poner el gel de ducha, etc. en la ducha. When we entered the room, we were pleasantly surprised to see that the hotel had thoughtfully accommodated my request made online to be near the elevator, as I was traveling with two young children and wanted to avoid walking too far. The room was very clean and spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. To our surprise, the minibar included a birthday cake, as I had mentioned online that we were staying to celebrate my husband’s birthday. This thoughtful gesture truly touched us. Additionally, the hotel provided complimentary snacks and soft drinks, which were a lovely bonus. We chose this hotel for its convenience, as it allowed our two children to rest easily after getting tired from exploring the mall. It turned out to be exactly as we hoped—super convenient. The hotel is also close to a famous food street, but unfortunately, we couldn’t visit due to the rain. Instead, we dined at one of the many restaurant options within the mall. The breakfast the next morning was abundant and delicious, and since our two kids are under five, they enjoyed complimentary breakfast as well. We have no regrets about choosing this hotel. The hotel is very old located in the center of George Twon closer to seaside. I have booked family room. Space and lay out is ok but 2 issues, 1 the inner parents room has a large empty space by the window (seaview the say but hardly seeing tho) we were puzzled why no pair of sofa chairs with a tea table, what is this space for? Super odd... 2 the connecting door for two rooms doesn't close well, not saying the lock doesn't work, no no, the door can't even able to be fully shut. Services is almost zero. Don't count on it. All in all besides the location and fact has family room options, I don't have anything else to write home about this hotel. Oh and the sound proof is zero too, not saying between our 2 rooms. I basically had bad sleep whole 4 nights stay cos outside in the hall almost never stopped having doors open/shutting and people loudly talking/walking by noises... Won't book again.

La ubicación es buena, el servicio es bueno y la ubicación es buena. Mi amigo se había sentido decepcionado con Penang antes, pero esto es una sorpresa. Muy recomendable, la piscina está afuera en el último piso y se ve el mar, que es muy bonito. También podemos ver el mar desde nuestra habitación, lo cual es un aprobado.
