«Todo parece bien, excepto que el estacionamiento es muy lejos y la tarjeta de estacionamiento se validará en el lobby del hotel, lo cual no es conveniente. Desde el cuarto al jardín del cielo y tomar otro viento de otro bloque de torre al Lobby para obtener la tarjeta validada con estacionamiento gratuito, y luego hv para tomar el viento de vuelta a Sky Gdn, y luego tomar otro viento en otro bloque de torre, sólo para poder llegar a mi coche. Después de validar el mapa, nos encontramos en 15 minutos en el estacionamiento. Experienciado mientras toma vida de la sala de estar, a veces puede tomar 5 minutos esperando la vida, así que nos hace un poco nervioso & hv a muy rápido tratar de conseguir el coche lo antes posible 🤦♂️»

«1.首先能坐擺渡車的話優先跟管家定擺渡車哈。因為打車很難講清去哪裡。在the first hotel這邊車價比較混亂。報價25-40都有，也不缺客人。所以想省事的話還是可以定擺渡，6rm一位。
2.其次酒店位置是酒店公寓，到Grand Ion Delemen Hotel位置后可以找管家來接，因為過去房間還是有點繞。
3.公寓酒店的環境還是很好的，是個套房，廚房飲水機冰箱洗衣機熨斗電視等都有。還有零食可以吃。主要還是對衛生間設計比較滿意，因為有衣物掛鈎和通風，換洗很方便。
4.雲頂可能是因為雲多的關係其實也看不到什麼哈。外麪都是雲和霧。»

AAmy Khoo Bee HongOverall experience is good but they could do better on their housekeeping and bedding accessories.
Asked for housekeeping for our room, complememtary desert wasn’t change or take away upon request. (not sure if then workers understand english, written 2 times note to clear away and nothing was done). Floor wasn’t vacummed properly as well.
Pillows are too soft or too down for someone like us used to sleep on firm pillows. If possible try to provide some firm pillows for customer. We didnt sleep well in the nights that we stay.
Overall, services provided from the front desk to the bellhope were very good. Good enviroment to stay if you’re looking for a quiet and relax place to enjoy your holidays.

Sin embargo, si viajas con personas mayores con movilidad reducida o niños pequeños, no lo recomendamos, ya que tendrás que tomar un autobús lanzadera que pasa cada hora hasta GPO para comer y comprar. Es mejor alojarse en Genting Highlands por su accesibilidad. La cuna tampoco es la típica para bebés pequeños. Es como una cama infantil con barrotes metálicos. Así que tuvimos que poner cuatro almohadas alrededor, jaja. Pero las habitaciones estaban geniales. Grandes y limpias.

UUsuario anónimoThis hotel is beautiful and very comfortable overall. I was assigned a room with a balcony overlooking the quiet and peaceful hills. However, this hotel does not have a designated parking space as normal, so, guests are free to park in any other parking lot with a maximum fee of RM11 (weekdays; I'm not sure about weekends though). If you decide not to drop off your bags at the lobby first, you will need to be ready for a long trip carrying your luggages from carpark to the hotel (I parked at Resort Hotel carpark as it has a bridge connecting to SkyWorlds Hotel). In addition, I was given a room in Valley Wing, which is the wing across from the lobby building, so the layout of the hotel is a little complicated, particularly from the lobby to the room. From the lobby (Level 1), I must therefore ascend to Level 3 and then cross an ”offset connections” to reach Valley Wing (Level 7). In any case, the personnel is incredibly welcoming and eager to assist visitors, especially when it comes to check-in. This hotel is worth the money because it's quite comfy. Without a doubt, I'll return.

AAsputia(+) The check-in process is quiet fast. Need to deposit RM200 in cash. The room is spacious, and the kitchen set is super complete. Location is not too far from Genting Skyworlds, 10 mins driving. Surrounded by many food, stores n supermarket, and they're open until midnite.
(-) We cannot drop-off at the main lobby, so we need to get a short walk. The room smell is not too good, especially the bathroom (don't know why), so better always turn on the AC to help minimize the smell and buy some air freshener if possible. The furniture n interior lack of maintenance. No water supplies at all. Grab Car sometimes are very hard to find, but u can also try In-Drive.

Vvichell laiLa ubicación es buena, a pocos kilómetros de las avenidas del cielo. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y el personal del hotel son amigables y agradables. Un comentario es sobre el olor desagradable una vez que entró en la habitación y el baño que sospechamos que fue causado por tubos de drenaje. Insto al hotel a que se encuentre bien en esto, como muchos otros también comentó.

AambrieeeBooked a one night stay for my parents, though hotel is in Genting, unfortunately the aircons were not functioning well for their rooms. Without proper functioning airconditioning, the air in the room can be a little stale. Despite having changed rooms, they faced the same air conditioning issue. The hotel need maintenance, staff were helpful when called for help
However, I would like to commend their CS staff. Very efficient and responsive, I booked wrong check in date via third party website, they helped me resolve under an hour

JJolinChanEn cuanto a las colas, todos vamos directamente a la máquina para hacer el check-in. Resulta que son vacaciones escolares y hay mucha gente. Usé mi nombre para reservar 2 habitaciones en la máquina, pero solo me dieron una tarjeta de acceso para 1 habitación y no pude volver a ingresar a la máquina. Le pregunté al camarero y me dijo que había cola, pero que no estaba dispuesto a ayudar en absoluto. Más tarde, después de hacer cola durante una hora y media, la persona en el mostrador dijo que podía hacerlo con una máquina de allí y que el personal me ayudaría y pensé que tenían un problema y se lo informé. Los recién llegados de fuera no sabían nada. Fue una pérdida de tiempo. La premisa es que para la tarjeta de liberación que obtuve, debido a que el check-in no puede ser hasta las 3 en punto, la tarjeta de liberación que recibí a las 2:45 pm también tuvo que pagar el dinero que recibí antes. Yo también pagué, sólo para tener que hacer cola para conseguir una segunda tarjeta.
