Family suite is very suitable for 4 pax additional 1 person can fit into the bunk bed if dun mind
Love the 1 queen bed and view is fantastic cooling weather whole day.
Cleaniness can be improved dusty down bed frame.
Overall price is cheaper than Ion delemen hotel genting website.
Parking is free but need to validate at lobby hotel everytime drive out. Np time allocate 20min but can save alots.

This hotel took a bit longer to check in even though there were not many guests to entertain. I arrived around 7.00pm but they said my room is "not ready" yet (but she said housekeeping was done earlier). Check-in counter is at Jade tower (tower 2)..but we need to park at Tower 7 and stay at Tower 1. What?? To me this is so ridiculous.. and then, when I'm about to enter my room, I found the card is not functioning..I REPEAT, I CANNOT ENTER MY ROOM AND I NEED TO WAIT AROUND ONE HOUR WITH THE KIDS IN FRONT OF THE DOOR. But after someone came, he used his master card to open my door and asked me to update my own card "when I'm free" at Tower 2. Why do I need to go through this hassle and make it so complicated?? I feel very disappointed and tired to entertain all this nonsense. However, luckily this room is well maintained & clean..

Family Suites room is great for family to stay in
Well size bar top kitchen and nice living room
Full toiletries given to us , house keeping services is great. Take note of the main room toilet smell due to piping issue(can't go away unless u use a cotton to cover the toilet next to the toilet bowl cover)
Nice scenery view , enjoy the balcony view
Great for scenic photo taking
10mins drive up to the genting highland

A few suggestions for future guests: the bed is surrounded by mirrors, which might feel a bit unsettling at night, so it’s good to be mentally prepared. I’d recommend wearing slippers indoors, as walking barefoot isn’t very comfortable. The dining table had some leftover cleaning residue, so it’s worth wiping down again before use. The toilet could have been cleaned more thoroughly.
Also, while I didn’t use the air conditioner, the room felt a bit stuffy — adding a fan would help improve ventilation.
After all it’s a comfortable and spacious place. With a few minor improvements, it could be an excellent stay.

Scenery superb!
Cleanness rate 2/10
Iron not provided.
Toilet cleanness very poor, there is mold at the shower area.
Swimming pool not so clean.
A bit creepy. Heard footsteps from upper level.. heard someone walking out of the door.

Room: spacious and comes with basic amenities.
Cleanliness: average. The air con compressor is cherry mouldy and needs frequent cleaning for the damp environment.
Breakfast: simple buffet breakfast, should provide fresh salad instead of so many fried processed food.
Front office: SLOW and should improve on the service.

Stay 2D1N with my husband. The room is clean & spacious. Got blacony with view. But the TV channel is limited. Kitchen utensil not provided. Only 3in1 and Kettle. Anyway I love this place. Gonna repeat again
