Antara Residence By Sleeping Lion

Love the comfortable room and facilties here. The amenities are new and useful. Clean and spacious room. Will come back again!

Overall the stay was great n very comfortable just that one bad point, weather so cold and the hot water is not immediately access, we need to wait a few hours.

I booked a 2 days 1 night stay at Antara Residence by Sleeping Lion and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I was assigned Room 06 on Level 25, which faces directly towards a construction site. The view was extremely unpleasant and significantly affected the overall stay. I checked in at approximately 1:30 PM and requested a room on a higher floor, hoping for a better view. Unfortunately, the receptionist was not helpful and made no effort to accommodate my request or offer any alternative solution. Another issue was the RM300 security deposit required upon check-in. The property only accepts cash or a physical credit card for the deposit. My husband only had a digital credit card and no physical card with him, which created unnecessary inconvenience. As a result, we had to drive out to find an ATM to withdraw cash, with the nearest available ATM located at Awana SkyCentral. I believe this situation could have been avoided if the management had informed guests in advance about the security deposit requirements. Clear communication before arrival would allow guests to prepare accordingly and avoid unnecessary stress during check-in. Overall, the poor room view, the lack of assistance from the receptionist, and the inconvenience caused by the deposit policy left us disappointed with our stay. I hope the management can improve customer service, provide clearer information to guests before arrival, and be more considerate when assigning rooms, especially when nearby construction affects the view.

First time check in here and the view was awesome! The suite room is very comfortable, and many facilities & playground for kids. Below the room is mall, easy to find food, got mix store too. Walking distance from Antara Residence to genting casino is about 20-30 minutes depends on your fitness & age :)

Had a great stay at Antara Genting by Sleeping Lion. Everything was good and the place was comfortable and well-maintained. The only downside was that the shower head in the toilet didn’t function very well and could use some fixing. Overall, a pleasant stay and would definitely consider coming back!

Love the cozy environment and numerous facility that kids love so much . there are as well shopping mall equip with indoor kid playground . The hotel is spacious and really can feel relax and cozy all the time . cooking utilities is complete with 4 pax dining table . Bathtub is clean and big to fit my 2 boys for water play. each room with standalone TV ~ Although abit pricy but it’s worth for a stay when you look for chill weather and good rest .

The room was awesome and very comfortable. The facilities were nice, and there were plenty of shops nearby, which made everything very convenient. The service was good overall. However, some services, such as housekeeping, come with an additional charge. The option for partial self-cooking was also a nice touch and made the stay more convenient. Overall, I had a pleasant and enjoyable stay at Antara Genting. 👍

Good location with shops in the residence. About 15 min walk to reach the genting shopping mall, very excellent walkway. Room is quite cozy with good views.

I really in love with this place. Its so cozy, comfortable and suitable for family. We stayed at Tower B. Many facilities suitable for kids especially the pool. The staff also so helpful. Im not regret stayed here. I will come again ❤️
