4 pax, 2 adults and 2 kids. 5 days/ 4 nights stay. Location was great as it is the highest hotel in Genting with great views. But that was all that was great. Price level, it cost 2-4 times more than any hotel in Genting. Thus we were hoping for more besides the view. Facilities: Indoor kids pool - closed Wellness spa - closed Fitness centre - locked Kids playground - non existent  Executive lounge - non existent  Theatre room - non existent  Infinity swimming pool - closed Cigar lounge - non existent  Pool bar - non existent  Game vault - non existent  The hotel is 7 minutes by bus or car to New World hotel, food and shopping malls. The hotel charge MY7 per pax one way, thus 4 of us cost MY28 per trip. No free transport, MY56 for a return for 4pax. MY112 a day if we go for lunch/shopping and another trip out for dinner. Lunch at Hard Rock was MY390 for burgers and Coke. Breakfast buffet was mostly carbs, noodles, rice, prata, thosai, porridge, bread… eggs and salad. Overall … not worth it as it is expensive with no facilities.. not operated as a proper hotel. Plenty of “sorry, but …. is closed, not available, not open, cannot use, under maintenance…” My recommendation is to stay New World hotel or Genting hotel for unlimited shopping and access to everything... only go up to visit this slightly higher hotel for a slightly higher view for a few hours.

The bathroom is very smelly and the phone is not working at first. The staff is very helpful however the service is okay.
