Palazzo Gropallo Rooms

This "B&B" is in a condominium building which appears to have been divided into pseudo hotels on various floors. This one is on the 3rd floor. It took us quite awhile to find it. We booked through Agora and thus had pre-paid the room which we were NOT told did not have air conditioning. The daughter of the owner was extremely kind and moved us to a room with a window unit so we could sleep the one night we were there. It was clean and quiet. The operation though is clearly an after market patchwork of rooms in what probably was a large apartment at some point. The "breakfast" was some prepackaged rolls. It was a step above a hostel, which is fine if you're young, but did not suit us at all, particularly since we had just stayed down the street at the Astoria, which was total luxury relative to this, and not for a significant price difference.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido bed, una bellissima camera in un antico palazzo ,la proprietaria gentilissima e premurosa , ci ha dato ottimi consigli, vicinissimo al centro e alla stazione Brignole per poter effettuare escursioni.Ritornero volentieri
