Jade Manotel Hotel: Geneva, Switzerland I stayed in the Executive Family Suite for two nights on 06Oct 2023 - 08 Oct 2023. We booked two rooms. I would give the hotel 10/10. Customer service was excellent. Very helpful to advise us on where to go and what to do. Love it and would visit again. Before arrival I got an email from Geneva Tourism with my transport card. I was able to book 8 cards as we were 8 people. It was very easy, We were greeted by a really friendly host. We arrived late night and the host made to ask if the children ate, he recommended places to go. He checked us in very easily and we went to our rooms. The rooms were clean and to a high standard. Breakfast was fantastic, coffee was great, great selection. Nice cheese selection too. The garden was a lovely place of tranquility in the middle of the city. The ambience of the hotel was very calm and tranquil. The location was central and easy to access everything. Top of the street you get the tram direct to the UN. The opposite side you get the tram to the Geneva train station. Walk down and 5 mins and you’re at the Lake Leman. My children were being a little bit noisy so the neighbours complained about them but the hotel staff were very kind in the way they asked us to keep the noise down. Wonderful hotel. Recommend it to anyone and only place I will choose to stay at if I visit Geneva again. Thank you Jade Manotel.

Excelente diseño de espacios y habitaciones impecables. Muy buen servicio y atención por parte del personal. Cuentan con un lobby espacioso y con diferentes áreas como bar, café, restaurante y area lounge. Regresaría de nuevo cuando venga otra vez a Ginebra.

El hotel no está lejos de la estación de tren de Ginebra y a poca distancia hay dos supermercados, Coop y Lidl, frente al hotel. El lago Lemán no está lejos del hotel a pie. Las instalaciones de la habitación son muy completas y la actitud del servicio es muy buena. Dijimos que sentíamos que hacía mucho frío y el hotel nos proporcionó un pequeño calentador. valor por dinero

Esta cerca de estación de tren ese es un gran acierto… También hay muchos sitios para comer y cenar económico como Holy Cow , Ali Haydar Kebad… etc.. El personal amable y muy atento 100% genial. La habitación grande y muy limpia … nosotros pillamos habitaciones conjuntas (403 y 404) .. un acierto 👍.

We were 2 adults and one child and this was mentioned very clearly at the time of booking. I was told in the reception that booking says 3 adults and they changed it to 2A & 1 C. Room given to us had 2 twin sharing beds, which left us with no space to even open the luggage’s and 2 adults were not able to share that bed. Staff attitudes were terrible 1. Room (307) was cold for us and asked for help to increase the temperature and the staff who came said, we can’t increase the temperature above 23 degrees. He said they can give heater, I said ok and asked if there is any additional cost. He asked if we’re from India and was laughing. He came back and left the heater outside the room and made a sarcastic statement “it’s free, use it” and was laughing saying Indians. When I tried to stop him, he didn’t even bother and walked away laughing. He just left the heater outside and went. 2. In the morning, I asked to pack 2 croissants as we didn’t have time to have breakfast and need to rush and I was told, we can’t do and you should eat here only. I had to tell them it’s weird and then they gave me a very small cover which could not even accommodate 2 small croissants. I have stayed in Novotel in other countries and never had such a worst experience. I would never stay in this property again during my next visit. Stay here definitely didn’t leave a happy memories for my family.

Me quedé en este hotel por 3 noches con mi hermano y nuestro amigo. Es una ubicación ideal con sólo 8-minute paseo de la estación de tren, una tienda de tiendas en la calle, rodeada de una variedad de buenos restaurantes, en una calle lateral tranquila, un 2-minute paseo al lago de Ginebra situado detrás del hotel y un 15-minute paseo a la antigua ciudad. La recepción nos dio un pase gratuito (bueno para el tranvía, el tren y el taxi del agua) y almacenamos nuestras maletas para que podamos comenzar nuestras visitas hasta el momento de la entrada. El 4o piso está muy tranquilo. El Swiss Tours (si quieres un viaje de día - Annecy es muy pintoresco) también es sólo un paseo 10-minute. Tome el camino a lo largo del lago para ir al centro o a la antigua ciudad - Bella escena. La única cosa que puede ser un problema para algunos es el pequeño ascensor único para un máximo de 4 personas. Con equipaje, diría acerca de 2 personas. El establo de ducha de baño también es un poco pequeño, por lo que esto puede ser un problema para algunos. Pero son muy pequeños para nosotros. Increíble lugar para hospedarte, tienen desde que te reciben muchas atenciones. En recepción te informan de todos los servicios que te incluye tu estancia, te da recomendaciones de restaurantes, actividades, te acompañan a tu habitación y te explican cada detalle. El recepcionista esta siempre en la mejor disposición e hizo que disfrutaramos mucho hospedarnos aquí. Las habitaciones son muy comodas, tienen servicio de lavandería y muchas cosas más

Bewertung des Bristol Hotels in Genf # Aufenthalt Wir haben das Bristol Hotel in Genf während des Pfingst-Wochenendes als Paar besucht und insgesamt drei Tage dort verbracht. # Lage Das Hotel liegt zentral, nur wenige Sekunden vom See entfernt und direkt am Jet d'eau. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich auch die Anlegestelle für Bootstouren. Rund um das Hotel gibt es zahlreiche ausgezeichnete Restaurants. Der Hauptbahnhof ist fußläufig 10 Minuten entfernt, mit dem Bus 5 Min.; Haltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel. # Zimmer und Service/ Personal Das Zimmer (Standard Doppelzimmer, renoviert) hatte eine komfortable Größe mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und Minibar. Das Bett war super bequem mit schweren Kissen und einer Matratze, weder zu hart noch zu weich, wir haben herrlich geschlafen. Das Bad ist mit einer großen Regendusche und Molton Brown Produkten ausgestattet. Bad und Zimmer sehr sauber. Auf Service legte das Hotel großen Wert. Das Personal war durchweg kompetent, freundlich, hilfsbereit und zügig. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. # Fitness- und Spa-Bereich Der Spa-Bereich des Hotels verfügt über einen Whirlpool, ein Hamam (kein Dampfbad) und eine Sauna. Allerdings fehlt der Ruhebereich, es gibt weder Liegestühle noch ähnliche Ruhemöglichkeiten zum Verweilen, was den Erholungswert deutlich schmälert. Das empfanden wir als Mangel, besonders da das Hotel als Wellness-/Spahotel beworben wird. Umso großzügiger ist hingegen der Fitness-Bereich des Hotels. Dieser ist mit einer Vielzahl an Geräten überraschend gut ausgestattet, so eine Ausstattung habe ich bisher in keinem anderen Hotel erlebt. # Frühstück Das Frühstück war qualitativ hervorragend, auch wenn die Auswahl nicht sehr groß war. Das Brotangebot lässt Brötchen vermissen, bietet dafür aber Brioche. Eierspeisen werden individuell auf Bestellung zubereitet und ohne zusätzliche Kosten serviert. Der Kaffeeautomat bot leckeren Kaffee in nahezu allen erdenklichen Variationen. # Fazit Das Bristol Hotel in Genf hat uns überzeugt und einen tollen Aufenthalt ermöglicht. Für ein Wellness-/Spa-Wochenende wäre das Bristol Hotel aufgrund der fehlenden Verweil-/Ruhemöglichkeiten (z.B. zum Lesen, Dösen u.a.) jedoch nicht geeignet. Sollte dies jedoch nicht im Vordergrund stehen, kann ich das Bristol Hotel zu 100 % weiterempfehlen.
