Siargao Tropic Hostel

We booked a dorm type room for 4 of us for 2 nights. Our rate then was 1200 per night (300 per pax). The room is good for 8 but due to pandemic, they are strict on to "no room sharing policy" so apparently the big room is exclusively for us, 4. A day before our check in date, the owner called saying that the room were being occupied by a big family who wish to extend their stay. He got a deal for us, he'll upgrade our room with a minimal fee of 200 pesos! Imagine we get 2 rooms for 1300 per night :) He also asked if we need airport transfers, etcs.. When we got there, the room is beyond what we expected. It has enough space for tables and chairs, clean terraces that we used to air dry our used clothes. And I love to roam in the kitchen area too. 😁 They have free water refill. The place is not that instagrammable but I bet the stay is worthy, clean and comfortable! ❤ We're on workation, the internet signal for Globe is very good in this area. 👍👍👍 Manang (caretaker) was also checking on us if we need anything else. ❤ We also wish to extend our stay for 3 nights. Unfortunately, they are fully booked. But he recommends us to other affiliate homestay which is also better. ❤ Kudos to the service! :)
