Ventajas:
• El hotel es nuevo, abrió sus puertas en agosto pasado.
• la habitación era muy espaciosa
• las camas, las almohadas y los edredones eran muy cómodos
• El baño era muy espacioso y tenía cepillos de dientes, gel de ducha, champú y acondicionador gratuitos.
• el aire acondicionado era excelente
• la habitación tiene un balcón (que no usamos)
Contras
• porque es nuevo, aparentemente la ducha aún no se ha instalado. Pero te dan agua caliente desde la cocina y la llevan a la habitación en un balde 😂
• la ubicación no es ideal, ya que hay una buena caminata de 10 minutos por un camino de tierra para llegar a la principal carretera turística
• el desayuno no fue impresionante. La tapa y el tocino estuvieron duros.
Considerándolo todo, sigue teniendo una buena relación calidad-precio. El equipo de entrada fue muy amable y servicial. Y todavía consideraré quedarme allí la próxima vez.

5-Star Customer Service: The staff were exceptional, promptly addressing all of our requests and concerns. A special thanks to Raquel for her assistance during an accident, as well as to MJ for welcoming us and organizing our tours. Vanessa deserves recognition for preparing delicious meals and perfecting our coffees.
The hotel’s location is peaceful, offering a quiet retreat away from the crowds, yet it's conveniently close to restaurants and busy areas, easily accessible by motorbike.
I would suggest offering more activities for guests and expanding breakfast options.

I recently stayed at Lisuga Hotel and was pleased with the cleanliness and overall ambiance. The hotel is well-maintained, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. However, the location was a bit challenging as the roads leading to the hotel were muddy, making it hard to access the main road without calling a tuk-tuk. Additionally, while the swimming pool is advertised, it is actually located at another hotel, which was inconvenient. Despite these issues, the hotel itself is lovely, and improving the road access would make the stay even better.

No es lo que aparenta en las fotos. La ubicación fatal, el acceso no está pavimentado y tienes que caminar bastante. El servicio una vergüenza, no te dan café ni café con leche con la excusa que tienen la máquina estropeada, luego viendo reseñas anteriores, la máquina lleva años estropeada… Nos quejamos y dijeron que el desayuno era un complemento a parte y que era gratis. Lo que no es cierto, porque yo pagué el desayuno y lo más mínimo es que me pongan café. Luego, no tienen agua caliente, no te limpian la habitación, ni te cambian las sábanas, hay cucarachas y las ventanas están mal hechas, ya que no cierran bien y entran bichos de todo tipo. El personal, repito, carece de toda profesionalidad, pues ante las quejas presentadas, se ríen de ti en tu propia cara y no te hacen ni caso. Es una lástima porque podrían sacarle mucho más potencial. Pensábamos pasar los últimos días de nuestros vacaciones en una estancia agradable y la verdad que ha sido pésimo.

El personal de Lisuga especialmente, Raquel, Cecile, Honey, Young y Lovely fueron los mejores. El hotel está estratégicamente ubicado, lo que le brinda calma y tranquilidad, lejos de la multitud pero cerca de los principales lugares de interés, actividades y atracciones. El hotel lleva el concepto minimalista a la realidad y, sin embargo, tienes todo lo que necesitas. Definitivamente lo recomendaré.

Firstly the front desk staff were lovely. They were helpful friendly and professional (even when we bumped into them outside of the hotel!) The pictures are not actual representations of the hotel. Please do not believe them. The location is HORRIBLE! We have to walk through trenches/mud or a very bumpy tuktuk ride to get to the location which feels like it’s in the middle of a jungle. Pros: Friendly staff Cute dogs Chilled, rustic vibe Breakfast was tasty, but small selection Cons: There really isnt hot water LOL Shower is not great for women LOCATION!! - although its close to main strip you will fight trenches to get there Bugs EVERYWHERE (cant blame them as theyre in the jungle) Very small boutique hotel Building and Room are not modern like the pictures
