For shared use: garden, lawn for sunbathing. Table tennis, garden furniture. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 350 m, bus stop "Zwieselstein Grüne" 29 m, railway station "Ötztal Bahnhof" 42.8 km, indoor swimming pool 5.5 km. Walking paths from the house 100 m, ski lift 3.5 km, gondola lift 3.5 km, slopes 3.5 km, ski bus stop 10 m, cross country ski track 50 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). We, three couples, have been spending our holidays in this apartment for several years. We feel comfortable and have a warm relationship with the landlord. We'll see each other again next year.

Friendly assistants. Nice, spacious apartment, great that it has 2 bathrooms. Good bus connection. Tip: Changing the towels once a week is nice.

Absolutely amazing, great location, ski bus at the accommodation, excellent accommodation, great owners. The only small thing, but that is individual for everyone, for most of us very soft beds.

It is a very nice and spacious apartment. Fully equipped. Within a few minutes you are in Solden by car. We did have an unpleasant situation with the owner. 2 acquaintances who stayed in Solden came by to have a bite to eat. Suddenly the owner was standin
