JaHotel

I left headphones in my room and a member of staff took them. When I rang the hotel to report them left in my room they said the cleaning staff has not reported them. My headphone have tracking ability so I watched as that evening they were being used as they left from the hotel…I called the hotel and the sister hotel answered. They said nothing they can do just let them know as there are no staff in the hotel to help so let them know where they are. I watched as they went to a bus stop and then an address where they were still on, I reported it to the hotel and again to the sister hotel picked up the phone. I told them the exact address but they said they couldn’t do anything but agreed it was clear what had happened to my property. The next morning I watched as my headphones were used and the hotel once again said nothing they can do as no staff at hotel. When the headphones went back to the hotel at 8:15am they said someone will be there at 2pm. We then told them if they didn’t get them we will making a police report. Suddenly 10 minutes later I got a phone call.. they had been found and will be sent back the next day. I asked if there would be an apology and they said there is something in the envelope with the headphones. I have attached a photo of the ‘apology’ I then watched as my headphones were still in use for the next 2 hours. It then took them 4 days to go to the post office to send them back. The note in the envelope simply said ‘I hope you enjoyed your stay’ no responsibility and clearly no consequence for their staff, next time I will go straight to the police.

2x übernachtet im Januar / Februar 2021 unter Covid 19 Bedingungen. Einmal Einzel- einmal Doppelzimmer. Ausstattungen sind quasi identisch. NEUES, sehr gut gepflegtes Hotel im modernsten und angenehmen - eher puristischem, nicht aufdringlichem Style. Hochwertige Einbauten. Einzelbett 120 cm breit - das ist sehr gut! Matratzen sehr bequem - eher straff. Offener Schrank, viel Regalplatz, Schreibtisch, Stuhl. Ich hätte NICHT zum Teppich geraten wegen der Pflege für viele Jahre. Schluckt allerdings Lärm. Schnelles Internet - kostenfrei. 108 cm diagonaler Panasonic TV (der ist nicht billig!) Einzel Klimagerät über der Eingangstür - ausgezeichnet! Sehr gut steuerbar laut Modulbeschreibung. SUPER Bad, hell, großes Waschbecken und endlich mal wieder eine Walk In Dusche die ihren Namen verdient. Gemütlicher Frühstücksbereich - hier Einnahme des vorbestellten Frühstücks Auswahl aus mehreren Sets möglich - 9,50 Euro ist für die Größe grenzwertig, insgesamt ist das Hotel aber sehr preiswert. Beispiel: Einzelzimmer Januar an einem Mittwoch 60 Euro. Toll auch CO2 Ausgleich für 1,79 Euro. Das macht nachdenklich für unsere Umwelt! Der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus grenzt an eine öffentliche Parkfläche an. Man muss einfach Vertrauen in Geldern haben - der Platz ist nicht umzäunt. Dafür kostenfrei. Das Team macht seine Sache sehr gut. Schnell, freundlich (insbesondere das Team zum Frühstück - wirklich bemerkenswert!) und kompetent. Schade: nach Geldern kommt man nicht sooo oft (ohne jemanden zu beleidigen) - wenn aber doch, dann sollte man hier übernachten!
