«First & foremost, biggest compliments to the housekeeping team! We arrived in our villa around 2pm, went out around 4, and only returned at night after dinner to find: a mosquito coiled lit outside our door, bed has been made, coffee cups washed, rubbish bin cleared, how thoughtful! The sight of the sea from the resort was superb, enhanced by the good weather. The welcome drink of calamansi juice with plum, aka Kitchai Ping as it’s known locally, was as good as my mom’s. We initially intended to have the weekend hi-tea, but apparently it had to be pre-booked at least a day before. Thanks to that we got to enjoy happy hour instead, before having the weekend BBQ dinner that we managed to book a slot upon arrival. Bartender gave us extra kicks in our cocktails, thank you for taking our relaxation up a notch! However we seemed to be unlucky with food serving. We booked for dinner at 6 but our happy hour session somehow made some miscommunications and delay. Food was good and a plenty, though we did notice satays were missing, but we were well fed. Breakfast order was also somewhat mixed up, kitchen must be overwhelmed with many guests, but we got what we wanted in the end. Overall we are happy with our stay. We didn’t manage to explore the trails, perhaps we may return for a day trip in the future, and have that weekend hi-tea we missed.»

«Mi pareja y yo acabamos de pasar tres noches en una Palm Villa en Gayana Marine Resort. ¡Qué lugar para alojarse... Simplemente increíble! Desde el principio todo fue perfecto. Llegamos al ferry y el personal fue muy servicial. El ferry salió a tiempo y tardó menos de 30 minutos. Al llegar nos dieron toallas frías y una bebida. El personal nos explicó todo detalladamente y nos llevaron a nuestra habitación unos 30 minutos antes. ¡La Palm Villa era preciosa! Si puedes gastar un poco más y tener esta habitación, ¡vale la pena! Me quedé sin palabras cuando entré. ¡Súper limpio y ordenado! ¡Las fotos en línea no le hacen justicia a este resort! Comimos en el restaurante Macac. Había mucho para elegir en el menú y todo sabía fresco y delicioso. El desayuno está incluido y todo se preparaba fresco a pedido. También había un bufé que tenía pasteles, fruta, cereales y mucho más. Hicimos uso de los deportes acuáticos que también están incluidos. Usamos los kayaks y las tablas de remo. Hay muchas opciones disponibles y solo tienes que venir y preguntar, ¡no es necesario reservar! ¡Todos los miembros del personal fueron encantadores! Todos te saludan, son muy amables y se esfuerzan al máximo para ayudarte. ¡Su inglés era impresionante! Solo habíamos reservado dos noches, pero nos encantó tanto que ampliamos nuestra estadía. «The resort is very easy to get to from Kota Kinabalu airport. Using the Grab app makes it convenient to call a car to take you to the Jesselton Point to catch the boat to the resort. The resort is quite beautiful and clean. Reading other reviews, I wasn’t quite sure why several had complaints about the price and food. The food was all excellent - fresh and reasonably priced. We ate at both specialty restaurants as well - Fisherman’s Cove and Omakase - and both were excellent. The breakfast and dinner buffets had a lot of variety to choose from and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we loved the sea view from our terrace. The bathroom was well-equipped and spacious. The pool was very clean and there were plenty of sun chairs to choose from. The gift shop had many cute items. The spa is beautiful and the massage was amazing! What needs improvement - the bathtub in our villa was a bit dirty with some dead bugs. It’s fantastic that they offer a complimentary boat shuttle to the other bay near the marine center but it’s extremely littered with plastic. I asked the staff for a garbage bag and ended up collecting about 5 kg worth of garbage from the beach and sea. This should be the government policy or authorities responsibility - they need to clean it up and charge fines for littering. Overall, we loved this resort and wanted to stay longer. We definitely recommend staying here. I would like to specifically mention Aileen, Rozana, Nathaniel and Shadar for making our stay memorable and comfortable.»

«One of our best experience. Best part about Manukan Sutera lodge 1) very helpful and friendly staff. 2) i booked 2 rooms. They gave me adjoining room. Super helpful for family with kids. 3) very spacious rooms. 4) sunset viewpoint is a big plus. U get the see the beautiful sunset. But have to walk 1.5km to and another 1.5km back. 5) private beach is helpful for guests so that we don't have to share the public beach with the rest of the visitors. U get to see more fish and corals because fewer tourists to scare away the fish 6) free rental snorkeling equipment. 7) delicious and sumptuous breakfast. 8) easy boat transport. Free overnightt parking at sutera marina club. Disadvantages 1) no data signal or wifi in the room.have to go to reception for wifi or data signal. 2) dinner is slightly more expensive because there is only 1 restaurant, so no other choices. But food is delicious, even for the fried rice (see pic)»

«Las habitaciones definitivamente no son comparables a las de la ciudad principal, pero se puede ver que el hotel ha hecho todo lo posible para brindar instalaciones. En primer lugar, la red Celcom está bien, pero el enlace directo es básicamente inutilizable. En segundo lugar, el wifi del hotel, que sólo cubre el lobby, no es muy potente. El hotel incluso ofrece mahjong, proyección y ajedrez para que los huéspedes puedan matar el tiempo en la isla. Tanto el desayuno como la cena son tipo buffet, lo cual es suficiente para comer. Habrá muchos huéspedes en la isla durante el día, lo cual es bastante ruidoso, pero el personal de servicio es agradable.»

«Very strategic location to many amenities around KK. Spacious room and comfy bed. Been staying here for many times. Design wise a bit classic looking but consider well maintained. If you choose sea view rooms, you’re able to have good sunset view in the comfort of your room.»

«Already been here few times because really good location and easy access to shopping mall, just a few steps from hotel doors then its lift just right there. Staff are friendly and fast check in. Highly recommend.»

«Lo primero que hay que decir es que no es un hotel. Son pequeños apartamentos en un edificio enorme. El edificio está bien ubicado, tiene una piscina muy buena. El chico que te recibe es muy simpático y amable, pero hay que saber que no siempre hay recepción, este chico está en un horario pero después se va y no viene nadie más. El apartamento es lindo, tiene buena vista, es espacioso. Cosas que debería tener presente el dueño para mejorar la estadía de sus huéspedes: el colchón y las almohadas son muy malos, el colchón es duro, no es para nada cómodo. La ducha hay que arreglara, pierde agua por todos lados, salpica, moja todo el baño. Debería mejorar la limpieza. Está limpio en general, pero no a fondo. Y debería esperar a sus huéspedes con 2 botellas de agua porque llegamos y no teníamos ni un poco de agua para refrescarnos del viaje. El apartamento tiene potencial. Hay que mejorar.»

«房間：整體非常棒，物超所值。房間設施很新，跟圖片相符，也比較乾淨，很大（太平洋雙床小的要你相信，床1米，麥哲倫更絕0.8米😂，笑死我小孩睡覺都1.2米的嫌小，這麼貴的酒店這麼小的床，我們江浙滬稍微好點，難以想象東北大個子同胞們怎麼睡）。帶着孩子，電視沒什麼可以看的，不怎麼好，哪怕看個3-4個台給他們打發時間也是好的。空調，風扇系統很給力，非常涼快，唯一不好的就是3點入住，好像這裏酒店都下午3點入住，後面太平洋絲綢也是3點要命😂對於上海做直達航班早上8點到的，很不友好，想要早上早點去住休息會，住不了，也能理解，畢竟要看前面客人退房時間的。聯繫老闆也是第一時間給我們寄存行李，提前入住了2個小時吧。 服務：公寓酒店也沒啥特別的服務，自給自足吧，不含早，周邊吃的也多，樓下漢堡王，便利店。酒店泳池也有。有問題聯繫老闆，能解決的也比較愉快給解決了。 價格：400元不到性價比很高，住了3天，後面住的太平洋絲綢，頓時覺得這家香。價格一半，房間也大，周邊吃的全在。馬來外國人住宿還要加税，難以理解。 距離：位置很好非常好！哪哪都近。加雅街（好逛，怡豐可以吃，牛雜很喜歡。好幾個店鋪買特產也不錯，要多逛逛。週末晚上還有夜市，每個少買點嚐嚐，不然吃不過來喝不過來），哲斯頓碼頭（出海的票一個一個窗口砍價也砍的累死，景點能不能馬來政府統一一下物價，還是我們中國好，統一票價，不管外國人中國人都一個價格，從來不欺負外國人），亞庇城（負一樓有個超市可以稍微買點特產），亞庇海鮮市場（水果就那幾個，可能去晚了，海鮮實在不想砍價，看到砍價煩透了😂），亞庇海鮮夜市（太貴，外國人砍價，累死了，一圈下來價格五花八門感覺好多水，最後都不想吃了），榴蓮夜市（也要砍價，累死了）全在周邊。能走路的走路都可以到，走不動的打車10馬內全能到。網紅的也在周邊，有的不行要自己避雷，什麼四十八榴蓮兄弟，強烈安利大家不要去，還有推薦過去的小紅書的，什麼鬼，什麼鬼榴蓮，難吃的一比，肉跟手指頭一樣粗，還不退，價格也不便宜關鍵150買這種榴蓮，我盒馬鮮生送貨上門不香嘛，都別去買，態度還不好，感覺我A他錢，真是要命，要不是在國外，我朋友拉住我，我就要吵架報警了。搞得後面我沒買過榴蓮街一個榴蓮，怕了怕了（大家看看圖1圖2，圖2沒吃過一塊，説這個榴蓮就這個品種）。馬來榴蓮比不上泰國。酒店很晚了樓下還有夜市攤，4馬幣的袋子卡茶還挺好喝，推薦👍喝了3天（圖3，拉茶推薦）😂其他的都吃了都不咋地。»
