Booked the hotel for 2 rooms for 02 october to 03 october. We reached hotel at 5 am on 02 october as our train reached early. They denied us rooms at that time and we paid extra 1000 rupees and we got a room while we had, 3 people with two rooms booked. We just kept our luggage and went to ghat after an hour and left hotel around 4 pm with no rooms provided. The money we used to book rooms was wasted plus extra 1000 rupees.

No hot water. No cleanliness. Lighting not proper. Unclean bathrooms. Rooms are small. Only good is it is near to railway station.

The hotel did not have working tv. Water problem in the flush. Telephone was not working. It is just for the sake they are running the hotel. 1 soap provided for 3 person. So that was pretty bad for what i had paid for.

Room condition is too bad, as compared to price mosquitoes are there, bed sheet is torn overall not a good hotel

My discomfort during my stay in this hotel should be circulated among those who actually plan for a stay at gaya any time in future. First of all, its rent cost is very very high, which does not justify at all. Several other nearby hotels are available with better price and location. Second, the room service was very very poor. Nobody would respond to your telephonic call. Once, i was hurry to leave for rajdhani express early in the morning, there was no water in the bath room. Rang in the inter come, but no body responded. I had to go to the reception in the ground floor. Found the attendant asleep with the handset off hook. I wake up them but my efforts did not work as water could not be resumed on time. The bath room had a big uncovered hole making its use with discomfort. The fittings are too old, either broken, unserviceable or odd looking. There is no bed lamp in ac deluxe room. I am sure, the same fate existing in other rooms too. The ac deluxe was equipped with an old 19 inch tv, justifying it's status. Finally, the lift. It was looking as if the owner exhausted all his fund before completion. The walls were left unplastered creating very look. This hotel is a nonstandard one. Please try to avoid it.

Room and bathroom not clean. No resturant. Outside area of hotel is very dirty. Even no restirant in hotel. However, staff is good.

Poor maintenance, cockroaches and rats are found inside the room. Wrong location in google maps. Arrogant behavior by staff. Hot water not available. Civil construction is happening inside the property so lot of noise and debris. You can find good property nearby for lesser price. Dont book this property and take headache. Avoid
