Premier Inn Newcastle (Team Valley)

Me and my partner went for one night as we were visiting for a friend's birthday. There's plenty of parking, places to eat and drink nearby. The staff were all really helpful and had great senses of humour. The rooms were clean and tidy, there were extra pillows if needed and extra tea and coffee sachets in reception at no extra charge. Check in and out was easy and efficient. Would very happily stay here again in the future, as we have friends that live in the area. Very happy stay 😊

Visited to see a concert at the arena. Room wasn't ready when we arrived ( we were early) so we left our bags and went across the road to the pub for some lunch. Reception/bar staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Ordered a taxi from the freephone at reception. After the concert came back and had a drink in the hotel. The bar area is clean and comfortable. Breakfast the following day was gawjus and the staff very friendly

Lovely stay at the Premier Inn Team Valley Newcastle, staff were friendly and check in was quick, had a couple of drinks in the bar area, prices are good. had a good stay, breakfast was lovely, plenty of choices and plenty of tables in the restaurant. Bonus was free parking.

We stayed for 2 nights in a disabled room. It was a nice room. Large bathroom and plenty of room for our mobility scooters. The staff were all very nice and friendly. They couldn’t have done anymore for us. The breakfasts were brilliant. Regularly refreshed and nothing overcooked. Thank you Premier Inn for looking after us.

Was very easy to find and parking was free upon entering we were greeted by a very welcoming and friendly member of staff who checked us in and pointed us to our room. Upon entering out room it was very cold and none of the heaters were working. The room was clean and tidy. The next morning we popped to reception to mention the cold room and also that the bathroom fan ran all night. When we came back later that night the heating was fixed and also another heater was in the room. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will be returning when we visit the north east again

Couldn't use the HDMI port on the tv to use my own device, toilet had a bad smell coming from it, meal deal charged hidden extras for the decent items from the food and drinks menu and the food is average at best, my steak was undercooked despite waiting half hour for it. For the cost of the rooms in this hotel in the middle of an industrial estate, I'd expect a meal deal to include everything not just the cheapest items that means the meal deal barely saves you anything.
