Wehave been a loyal customer of Premier Inn for many years, appreciating the consistent quality and value your hotels have traditionally offered. However, I am disappointed to report that my recent experiences have not met the standards I have come to expect. During our stay at the Team Valley Premier Inn, We encountered several issues that significantly impacted my experience. The hotel appeared to be poorly maintained, with cleanliness being a major concern. Additionally, the staff seemed disinterested and unengaged, which further detracted from the overall experience. The dining experience at the Thyme restaurant was particularly disappointing. The food, while initially looked promising, was served with stale bread and without butter. My soup arrived without bread, and the burgers were served cold. Despite bringing these issues to the staff's attention, the response was unsatisfactory, and it took considerable effort to eventually obtain a refund for the meal. Given these experiences, I am hesitant to consider Premier Inn as my go-to hotel chain in the future. I hope they will take this feedback seriously and address the issues to ensure that future guests do not encounter similar problems.
