The well equipped, updated kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. This welcoming space is perfect for gathering by the fire and reminiscing about fun filled days spent exploring the Roaring Fork Valley! The spacious bedrooms, both with updated en suite bathrooms, can comfortably sleep up to 6 people with a queen size bed in one bedroom and queen size bunk beds in the second bedroom. Whole Foods, quaint shops and a variety of stores are a short drive away. If you prefer to treat yourself to a night out, take your pick from numerous excellent nearby restaurants in the Roaring Fork Valley. IMPORTANT TO NOTE THIS IS A NON SMOKING PROPERTY. The use of tobacco, cannabis or vapor devices is strictly prohibited.  Disregarding this Rule will result in a fine. Travel Protection: We HIGHLY recommend purchasing our trip cancellation insurance as there are NO REFUNDS if canceled within 14 days of arrival, regardless of the reason (including illness, flight delays, weather, road conditions, etc.). Basalt and Aspen Close Two friends and I stayed here while on a motorcycle trip. On arrival the condo was clean, parking and check-in easy. Our only problem which was quickly resolved was missing laundry detergent and it did not cause any issues. The management was very responsive. We enjoyed watching the geese later in the day as they moved around the golf course. All appliances functioned as noted in the listing. The unit is located close to either Basalt or Carbondale shopping areas and grocery markets. I would definetly consider staying again if in the area.

My family had a great trip staying in this VRBO. It was close to Carbondale, Aspen, and Glen Wood Springs which we utilized for a lot of activities. The place was clean, had lots of space and was well stocked with everything you would need. The surrounding area was great, we rode the bike down to the river and around the surrounding area.Would stay again if we came back to the area and would recommend this property to friends.

Special Location The actual condo was quite comfortable and clean. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment and accoutrements. The bedrooms were spacious and cozy. The Preserve -- a short walk from the condo -- provided the special element of this VRBO. The fishing opportunities were excellent. Several ponds and the streams running between them -- all just off the Roaring Fork -- provided excellent fly fishing and walking paths throughout the preserve property. The only drawback to this condo was the road noise. Rte 82 runs just beyond the golf course in back of the condo. If the back slider or the window upstairs is open, the road noise is inescapable. However, if you keep the slider and the window closed, the noise is significantly diminished. Beyond that concern, this condo is a special place -- three miles to the center of Carbondale and within striking distance of several great hiking trails.

Even better than expected This property was perfect for our needs. It was clean and cozy and right on the 9-hole golf course! Everything we needed to have morning coffee and cook was provided. The community was quiet and had hiking access to the roaring fork river and fishing. Bikes were available for us to use which was a great perk to tool around the property. We found a gem in Carbondale! We will definitely be back!

This property was very comfortable for us and was located close to family we were visiting in Carbondale. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Although we didn’t take advantage of the bikes and fishing opportunity, the equipment provided for those activities looked very appealing. Communication with owners/manager was excellent.

Convenient location The unit is well appointed and provides all the necessary kitchen needs for being able to prepare a great meal.Getting to Aspen or Glenwood Springs is a quick and easy drive. Very comfortable for a two couples.
