My wife and I stayed at this incredible hotel on our first trip to Lake Garda. We have been very fortunate to stay in some excellent hotels but this is very special. The rooms are incredible, the ambiance is stylish yet relaxed the pool is excuisite and the views are priceless but the stand out is the the genuine hospitality. The staff are brilliant and are a credit to the hotel. This is class, style and 5* luxury at its best. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

5 star hotel - great accommodations, great service and great food. This is our second time staying at this hotel and love it as much as the first time. The breakfast is unbeatable - something for everyone. The concierge will help you arrange any outing. Our family loves riding the ferry and visiting other locations. We enjoyed a day on a lake. The hotel helped arrange a private boat tour as well. Come enjoy this hotel - you won’t regret it!

Absolutely fantastic stay. The second time we have been here. The staff are fantastic and very attentive, the food is on par with some michillin restaurants we have visited and the room and views are incredible (and extremely clean)! Can’t wait to book to come back.

Great hotel, staff amazing and super helpful. Had a few problems (caused by our agent not the hotel) whilst we were away but solved with a smile Pool is beautiful and the location is great. Short walk to Gardione town or taxi to Salo. Being right on the lake you get both lake or pool options. Great breakfast, decent lunch and dinner with excellent service and ambience Hotel rooms much better than the apartments which are a very different style There is some road noise early am if you are that side of the hotel but given it’s the only road around the lake then can’t be avoided. You also best like church bells and a sharp start as they start 0730! That said would come back to the hotel. The staff are a big asset and the style of the hotel very fresh

The location is OK on the western shore, albeit the hotel is right next to the main road, so the pool area is noisy and rooms facing the road will notice the constant traffic. The hotel is well presented, but I wouldn't class this as 5* mainly due to the attitude and lack of attentive staff in the restaurant/bar. We waited over 20 mins for some drinks while the waiter was happily chatting to another group and they never bothered to check if we were waiting. The restaurant is in a nice setting, but the menu is limited and wine list is pretty short, it also lacks atmosphere. We only dined for 1 night during our stay and preferred to eat out at other local (more authentic) restaurants. The rooms are clean, but the lack of power outlets is a major pain - they should provide some USB charging by the beds rather than all the electronic remote controls for the lights & curtains etc. The traffic to get to the hotel from the North of Lake Garda was really bad and even leaving early to go south to Verona airport took a while, so take this into account when planning your trip.

This hotel is located on Lake Garda, has a lovely pool and very attractive outdoor area where one can have a cocktail and drink in the gorgeous setting. The hotel is situated close to some charming towns with good restaurants. The food at the hotel was excellent, especially the plentiful pastries which appeared at breakfast. Dinner was also excellent and the restaurant setting is a pleasure even when it rained one night. The issue for both couples were the rooms. They were just okay, with not enough light and not enough accessible outlets for charging devices. For a hotel of this caliber you'd expect the rooms to be more luxurious and to have a few more touches to make the rooms more comfortable. The restaurant staff were always friendly. The front desk staff was more hit and miss in that regard.

We've just returned from our 3rd visit here. Arguably one of the most attractive hotels on this shoreline, with beautiful gardens & far reaching views out across the lake. Rooms are very comfortable, food is excellent, staff generally very pleasant and helpful. We have a couple of criticisms / observations which is why our review is not 5 stars. We love it here and are already planning to return next year. But, for a 5 star hotel, you would expect more attentive pool service and certainly to be available from 9.30am / 10am. The hotel appears to be family friendly, but this is not clear to most guests who appear to be annoyed at children in the pool. We have a 6yr old Son, who lived in the pool or the lake for 6 days almost! There were many guests that appeared to take offensive at my Son and others playing nicely in the pool; perhaps this should be made clear to guests that this is not an 'adult only' hotel; there are plenty of those hotels in / around the lake.. Finally, just a minor grumble, but the absence of plug sockets in the rooms is a little frustrating. Can't wait to return in 2024.

Beautiful stay. I am not normally a reviewer, but as parents traveling through Europe, I thought it might be helpful for others if we dropped a line to say how magnificent both of our hotel babysitters (Suzie/Carol) were. Our children wouldn't stop talking about how amazing of a time they had and we felt very comfortable touring the area and communicating with them through whats app. I can't say enough good things about the entire staff. A very special shout out to Carol for her awesomeness, not just with our children :) THANK YOU!!!

We recently stayed here for a few nights of our honeymoons to use it as a pass through to get from the Dolomites to Tuscany to break up our trip. We had heard wonderful things about garda and we were looking forward to the experience. Upon arrival, we pulled up and a nice man came to grab our luggage and we went inside to check in. The hotel knew we were on our honeymoon and proceeded to stick us in a room with a view of the parking lot. For being a five star hotel, we expected more for the first few moments of our arrival. We then went to ask about changing rooms and without any ask the front desk said oh you want a room with a view? Pretty mind boggling. Aside from that, food was decent wine was decent but there wasn’t even a list… The pool and ground are beautifully kept. Other than that, we could not have been more disappointed in our 5 star hotel stay.
