This home is adjacent to Heritage Park and the back patio is the perfect viewing spot for city fireworks. Your friends and family will love having a BBQ and playing in the yard with a fun playset for the littles or a game of Croquet, Cornhole, or Bocce Ball for the young at heart. 4 Pickleball paddles and balls are also onsite to enjoy at the Heritage Park pickleball courts next door. Each bathroom has a hair dryer available for guests to use and plenty of luxurious towels. There is also a laundry room in the Main House with a full Washer/Dryer and an iron/ironing board. The two kitchens are fully stocked and there is a large pantry to use during your stay. The Main House seats 16 in the dining room, 4 at the bar in the Game Room, and there are additional folding chairs and tray tables available. The Cottage seats 6 in the dining space with additional tray tables. There are several patio tables and picnic tables available to accommodate for large parties eating outdoors. The home has a propane BBQ Grill and a propane Griddle Grill. There is also ample parking available that allows for 12+ vehicles in the large circular driveway.
