From pool and pool toys to extremely close and convenient beach access and beach toys for your use. When you're done at the beach, rinse off in our outdoor shower, and then cool off in the air conditioned home. Plenty of toys and games inside as well! Full kitchen complete with all appliances, and washer/dryer in unit available to use.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:No smoking of any kind allowed in or around the premises, including on the deck. $500 fine assessed for failure to adhere to this rule.The HOA has a strict quiet policy from 10 pm until 8 am.
