Grand Hotel Ganzi Robinka

The name of the hotel on this website is different than the name mentioned on the hotel wall. Therefore it was a bit confusing but if you take a good look at the photos you will find it. Staff didn't speak English but we managed to communicate with Google Translate. I had quite some questions about how to get around and the ladies at the reception were very very kind and helpful. However, the room was not so clean. The bathroom, specifically the toiletseat was covered in pee stains. The bathroom floor had quite some hairs. You could clearly see the bathroom has not been cleaned for, I don't want to know how long. While there is a hot shower exactly above the toilet so cleaning would not be such a hard thing. I would recommend the hotelowner to please make sure the bathrooms are cleaned properly Many local restaurant across the street at about 10min walk and a small supermarket is just around the corner.

Belle surprise. Une équipe adorable et souriante. J'y ai pu laver mon linge sans frais. La chambre était renseignée comme sans sanitaire individuel, mais j'avais ma propre salle de bain. Lit confortable, chambre spacieuse. Chauffage avec l'air conditionné.
