My experience in this location is of another level. Best supporting staff, excellent service and most appreciated part of this location is the managers who are managing this hotel, simply out of the box and stupendous. Anyone who is coming to gangtok must live at this place each and every places is very much near from this hotel.

It was an ok experience. The hotel is a little run down in parts. Service at the dinner rooms were not always the best. The staff are not really bothered and would not give the menu quickly for instance. The room was nice but again it was not in the main block.. there was something missing in the hotels experience. The free evening tea and snack was awful. Yea was made terribly and the snack was tasteless. There are better evening tea service in places with yum snacks. This was plain simple boring and stingy at giving good food. Personally I would not stay here again.

Location is good and convenient for travellers to reach and for visiting all around the city. Stay was good. General cleanliness is good. Staff are cordial and doing their duties dedicatedly. Few suggestions : all the amenities as mentioned should be kept ready and made available in advance before the guests need to ask for. Intercom, tv should be checked and made functional everytime. Hope the points as mentioned would be taken care into for providing better service to the customers. Thank you.

I recently stayed at a hotel that truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment i arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth. The room itself was immaculate, featuring modern decor and all the amenities i needed. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches. Throughout my stay, the staff consistently went above and beyond. Whenever i had a question or needed assistance, they were quick to help, always with a friendly smile. The housekeeping team was diligent, ensuring my room was always clean and comfortable. One evening, i dined at the hotel restaurant, where the service was equally impressive. The waitstaff was knowledgeable about the menu and offered great suggestions. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Overall, the combination of excellent service and a comfortable environment made my stay unforgettable. I left feeling relaxed and eager to return

I booked to stay one night with my father. Their staff are so amazing they changed the room immediately as my father could not walk too ***y stairs. So I would like to say their staff and hospitality is top notch. The room was really nice however there was a sound that came from the kitchen exhaust which was like a generator. So until the kitchen shut at 10pm this noise was there. This is the only negative part of my stay. The other suggestion I have is to have some room to do exercises or games room or something. Its an amazing property. Loved it.
