La ubicación para ver el océano es fantástica. Se nos quedaron 2 noches en la habitación con vistas al océano y vistas al lago. Asegúrese de preguntar si hay una habitación en la esquina. La habitación es muy limpia y acondicionada. El personal del hotel es muy cortés y rápido con las peticiones. La vista es una de las 5 estrellas que merece este hotel.

The room was excellent, huge, clean, and furnished. They also had small kitchen, microwave oven, big fridge, and a washing machine! It’s good for those who want to stay for over 2-3 nights with a friend. You can cook a small meal or throw a little night time party. The place is best for long holiday especially New Year.

Seeking to spend a few days on the Korean Seaside, we booked on short notice 2 nights in an Oceanview Double at Seamarq. Overall, we had a wonderful, very relaxing time: we particularly enjoyed - the spacious, beautifully designed and functional room and lobby area, which truly provides a sense of space and an extension of the hotel space into the sea - the absolutely stunning 5th floor pools area, which was never really crowded and also stayed open despite some minor rain on our first day: comfortable sunbeds, generous opening hours (06:30 - 22:00, great) and good service by the mostly very young crew up here - the nice ocean side loungers, even though we still find it awkward that there is (at least officially) a 1.5 hour limitation to the use of the sunbeds (though at least during our stay this did not seem to have been enforced) - the piano player who brought a serene, peaceful atmostphere to the lobby every night, and the Lobby Bar with an excellent drinks, tea and small food selection - the thought-through room design, incl. the practical wet clothes hanger with clips to secure any item, and the Nespresso machine, tea pot etc. - the overall good selection and tastiness of the food at breakfast and at the buffet dinner (which we only joined once) To be among the very best hotels, Seamarq needs to fix a few things - the setup and food presentation of the breakfast / dining room is more reminding of a low-end, family vacation style: relatively crammed seating, presentation of the food buffet is without love (though the have a great choice - it's more how it's presented), and erratic service (e.g. on first morning nobody cleared used dishes from our breakfast table, while today this was done promptly every time...). - while there is a wonderful beach with the hotel's sun loungers, there are no beach towels available: this is the first time ever around the world we experienced this. Why not provide the same service as at the pool (where those are freely available)? - as others wrote, the elevator availability and waiting time is a real issue - with only 3 elevators that are also partly used by staff to deliver luggage wait times are often excessive. All these were not significantly spoiling our experience, and we would definitely be back here if staying in the area - though it would be easy for the hotel to improve on some of the items above. Overall a wonderful place to stay if in Gangneug, and wanting to be at (or better above :-) ) the sea

Decent and nice hotel. Caters to many couples and families who bring along their pet dogs etc. Seen like this is their specialty. Only thing we found strange was that they charge a hefty fee to use the swimming pool, even for hotel guests. The air conditioning also appears less than ideal, being fixed in terms of the temp setting. You cannot change or adjust it- which is not good

La ubicación es buena, pero la habitación es como esa. Bellanda es demasiado sucia. Y el personal masculino es tan desagradable. Cuando llegué, dije primero hola, pero no respondí. 깔끔하고 편하게 지낼 수 있는 숙박시설입니다. 앞에 바다가 맑고 예뻐서 여름엔 가족단위 물놀이 후 세탁도 할 수 있고, 바다뷰의 내집 분위기에서 편히 쉴 수 있는 장점이 있는 숙소입니다. 바로 밑 주변 맛있는 횟집과 음식점도 많아 멀리 나가지 않아도 되는 위치입니다. 스파 스위트에 있는 편백나무 스파로 놀이 후 피로를 풀 수도 있다는 점도 좋았습니다. 침대방의 침대와 방에 토퍼도 무척 편안해서 전채적으로 추천할만한 숙소입니다~

Todo está en muy buenas condiciones, la cama es muy cómoda con un bañera de pierna y las piñas. el baño también muy limpio. el único negativo fue que estaba bastante caliente en la habitación a pesar de desactivar el calor y abrir la ventana. la mañana El desayuno incluido en la tarifa de la habitación es bastante bueno, no es un buffet enorme, pero suficiente para tener un buen desayuno antes de comenzar el día. Para terminar recomiendo muy a este hotel, está en un barrio rodeado de restaurante, Bar y club con varias tiendas y tiendas de conveniencia.

Fue agradable que hubiera muchas toallas del tamaño adecuado. La habitación es más grande de lo esperado y hay tiendas de conveniencia de todo tipo cerca. Vi una cafetera en la habitación, pero no vi un microondas en el lobby, habitación o pasillo, creo que hay algo en el piso 6, pero no he estado allí. La desventaja es En primer lugar, hay demasiado polvo. Personas sensibles al polvo debido a alergia al polvo. Eso es cierto, pero es un poco raro porque todavía se puede ver el polvo.
