Hotel Blue Rock, ganchos necesidad de : (1) más limpieza en el baño y en el lobby. La ubicación era muy fantástica. Pero se podría haber organizado un alojamiento para y desde iit gandhinagar hasta el hotel Blue Rock. El horario del restaurante debe ser de 6:30 a 9:30 ; de 12:30 a 13:30 ; de 7:30 a 11:00

I have visited many time to the leela Gandhinagar and this time I got the best service from lopsang , Florence, pritisha and Shital they were all amazing staff and same looking 😅 but they were very beautiful and gave a fantastic service to my family I would loved to visit again to the leela

It was a memorable time spent at the this hotel. Staff and services are awesome 👍. Very nice staff and good food and breakfast. We as RTO Inspectors thank to all members of Hotel experiencing their hospitality and services. Thanks and regards. This is our first experiening to have booked rooms in this hotel and was the best. We always recommend this hotel to our friends and family members for staying and dinner. Disko theque was also mind blowing and we enjoyed a lot.

The stay was as usual pleasant. We were touched by the sweet decoration and the small little cake placed in the room on arrival to make the birthday we were celebrating a memorable one. The service was perfect by the front desk, welcome party, attendents, house keeping staff, recreational facility staff and all others involves. The check-in and checkout was quick as well. The restaurant is excellent where we enjoyed our high tea, buffet dinner and buffet breakfast. The service in the restaurant was excellent with no complaints to make. Chef Manoj was great with his personal attendance and ensuring all needs are perfectly catered to. The only two suggestions: 1. Have options of some good mouth freshners made available as we were left craving for it after our food in the restaurant. 2. Add some activities for kids to perform (complimentary preferred) so that we can plan longer stays. All in all, a perfect 5 star for our second stay at Taj Gandhinagar.

Overall hotel is magnificent. Staff is very courteous. Breakfast is excellent. Location is bit odd. If you don't travel with your own vehicle then bit a problem. But hotel staff extends as much as help possible for transportation. They have few vehicles which can be used on charge basis. Would like to visit again.

This is the worst hotel which we have stayed in years.Food is not upto the mark and the service is even more horrible.Please check and ask them to check the room at time of checkout as they dont check the room at checkout.This is one incident which happened to us on 2 Nov 2024. As the guest checkout at morning 6 am after handling the room keys at the reception and they followed up at 6 pm after 12 after that they found the head board of the bed having marks of iron and for which they have to change the complete head board.First that wasnt done by the guest and secondly the guest stayed for 3 nights but there room wasnt even cleaned even once.For which they took a payment of 10000 ehich is wrong on there part.Secondly they told me that my 2 and a half year son had broken the mouth freshner bowl for which they told me i would have to pay 500 and i was ok i would pay that amount but after which i told my family they said that my son was not playing there he was carried by my family member after which i demanded to watch the cctv but they said that is not permited and they said it is ok they wont charge for the bowl.So please be careful if you are travelling with your family.As they could deny that you are wrong i would want the head of the hotel to look into this matter and please see this doent happen to others.
