En la frente de la playa, pero con su propia piscina, que es esencial, ya que el mar puede ser muy peligroso con un malvado submarino que te haría golpear a Antártida, la próxima “terrena”, antes de poder decir pingüino! The accommodation was ok, the room was named as an ‘ocean deluxe double’ suggesting it’s a better room than the normal when, from what I can make out from the website, it’s their basic room, next up is a Suite then a Penthouse etc. etc. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no es un buen hotel. Uno está un poco atascado, ya que hay poca opción, pero para comer o tomar un largo viaje TukTuk para encontrar una alternativa. Hemos encontrado con todos los lugares, excepto nuestro primer hotel, que las porciones son generosas y un Caesar Salad, que yo pensé que sería un buen «empezador» se ha vuelto la tamaño de una principal, La habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy agradable, pero no es muy agradable, pero es muy agradable, pero no es muy agradable. No obstante, a pesar de los precios de la cotización en dólares, sólo se puede pagar en rupias, por lo que se somete a un tipo de cambio bastante arbitrario.

We stayed here for 2 nights, we booked last minute on a bit of a whim. The location was at the top of quite a steep hill. Once we opened the gates we were amazed ! There are 6 rooms in this villa and you can rent the whole thing if you like! We were the only guests there from what we saw so it felt very special! The room was amazing, the bathroom was partly outside and was so pretty. The decor was like something we had never seen before, antiques picked up from the owners travels to Asia, India and Sri Lanka, everything unique and breathtaking ! The view from the balcony was the best, high up with a view of the trees, plants, palm trees, beach and sea. With relaxing chairs and even a telescope. This is hard to beat! The food - we had breakfast, lunch and dinner here, the breakfast was $18 each but totally worth it, fruit, curd, juice, coffee, rotti, dips, string hoppers, it was amazing. We also had fish for lunch and a big mix of curries in the evening. The food and drink here is pricey but it is worth it. The only downside was the area, we were not fussed on the vibe of the place. It had nothing on Mirissa or places further south. That being said, I would go back just for Villa Space !

We just had a fantastic and relaxing 4-day stay at Ahu Bay after a busy 10-day tour of Sri Lanka. We absolutely loved this hotel! The staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Our room was lovely, and we constantly had the balcony doors open to hear the sea outside. The food was spectacular - a real highlight. If you don't mind going in up to your elbows (I don't), the whole lagoon crab was flippin' amazing. The perfect little infinity pool next to the sea helped us cool off after some hard lounging and cocktail consumption (try a RaRa cocktail - yummy!) The beach was alive with hermit crabs and covered in shells. If I could click my fingers and go back there, I'd be on my way back right now! We felt really spoiled.

Третье посещение Шри-Ланки и лучший выбор проживания и обучения серфингу! Вилла расположена на берегу океана, у чистого и красивого пляжа (спуск на пляж - прямо с территории виллы). С балкона номера открывается потрясающий вид на океан. Очень стильные и современные номера, все продумано до мелочей! Своевременная уборка обеспечивает постоянную чистоту в номере. Очень отзывчивый и дружелюбный персонал. Завтраки и все меню ресторана - на высоте! Уютная территория самой виллы позволяет проводить большую часть дня на свежем воздухе. Обязательно вернёмся снова:)

The hotel is tucked away in the mountain overlooking the Indian Ocean with lush green surrounding and amazing views. A true sanctuary for all who wants to escape to the paradise. The room is very comfortable, sitting on the balcony looking at the ocean and sipping a cup of tea is a true bliss. The swimming pool area has the best views. The sun beds are relatively sheltered so you can lie down comfortably for the most of the day without the worry of sun burn. Special thanks for the Spa masseuse. Her technique was excellent. Only complaints: 1. Price for food and drinks in the hotel is many times higher than those outside . 2. The bathroom amenities are in ceramic bottles with very narrow necks, and very difficult to pour out. The hotel should consider replacing them with pump bottles.

Stayed 5 nights in this hotel in March I requested a room on low floor which they gave us but ceiling fan didn't work and balcony door didn't lock so we asked for other room all they had was one on 3rd floor which we took and room was fine hotel was nice lovely beach staff seemed friendly although manager was a little overbearing at times but all was well until we were packing to leave and we realised that a pair of Samsung earbuds and £100.00 in sterling was missing from my handbag in wardrobe we believe it was taken the day before when a staff member was hanging around outside our room when we went out and on the last day my husband had left his phone in the room and that was still there the manager offered to call them police but as we were due to leave in an hour we couldn't see any point the manager said he would investigate and contact me but he has not so therefore I would advise people to avoid this place if you value your possessions It was a very bad end to a great holiday
