We had an odd mix of liking the hotel but unsure of returning. It did not show at its best at the end of the season. The collection of folk-art paintings, old sea chests and nautical twists needed the energy of more guests. Our greeting was warm and helpful. We needed to leave early, and the very pleasant receptionist brought us a cold cut breakfast to the room. The location is quiet and the setting charming, but we didn’t sleep all that well, having not discovered the heater until the morning (our fault). I’m willing to agree with the many outstanding reviews, but my four star rating is with the benefit of a doubt.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the city port and restaurants. The hotel has a private Parking We had a room with a beautiful sea view. The bed was comfortable, and breakfast was homemade by the owner and their team. The ambiance is pleasant and tastefully decorated. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. Dear Ardi, Frosho, and Maria, thank you for your kindness and dedication. Your peach jam is divine.

Absolutely unexpected pleasure! Spotless, french press and coffee in the room...a lovely balcony with a view. Hand made decor, while not to everyone's taste - throughout...and I admire the effort that has gone into creating a very warm space. The owner and staff are very warm, and the breakfast beyond sumptuous! It is obvious at this point that they no longer need good reviews to fill the place...enjoy!

THis is a beautiful bed and breakfast with perhaps the best breakfast we received in Greece -- all homemade and tasty -- from various breads, to boiled eggs, panini, and other yummies. The rooms are attractively decorated. My son stepped on sea urchin while swimming and the folks immediately got him vinegar to help address it. They also held our suitcases while we toured Delphi and then we picked them up on the way to Olympia. Overall a lovely stay.

Our stay at Archontiko was beautiful. The place was spotless clean, quiet, tastefully decorated with items from the everyday life of its past and very close to a picturesque small beach, one of the many in the area. The hostess was kind, hospitable, discreet, generous. She even offered to change the gorgeous breakfast, consisting of homemade delicacies, to suit our preferences. Although we only stayed for two nights the room was cleaned the second day and fresh towels supplied. We will definitely stay there again on another visit to Galaxidi and we heartily recommend it.

I stop a night on way driving from Olympia to Delphi. The lady is super nice and the hotel is well designed. The room is big and I love the design. The room has coffee, tea, the mini fridge has free bottle water, and free tins of coca. The breakfast is good. I had dinner at her daughter’s restaurant and it is as good as her mom’s hotel.

Spent three happy weeks. Friendly and super attentive staff. Large room with sea view and Delphi on the horizon. Quiet - the hotel is on the edge of Galaxidi (so you hear cocks doing their doodle-dos). Breakfasts were amazing with a huge variety of homemade dishes. They even took requests. Was given some excellent ideas for day trips and restaurants - and places to swim. Thoroughly recommended.

It is located by the sea and it is short, about 10 minutes walk to Galaxidi centre. The room was beatiful and attractive. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were all wonderful. We spent a perfect 3 days holiday in this place. 30 minutes with car to very interesting Ancient Delfoi.

I can’t fault the place, it’s well located by the sea for swimming and an easy ten minute stroll into the village centre. The room was spotless and well appointed and attractive. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were just wonderful thank you.
