前台接待除了第一天剛剛到酒店的時候的那個服務員讓人感覺有點冷漠，後來的都感覺很熱情的，因為房間洗臉盆有裂痕向前台反映，前台主動提出幫忙換一個房間，還免費辦理了酒店的金卡。

«My overall experience was satisfactory, though there were a few areas for improvement. The room had the necessary amenities but was not as new as depicted in the images, likely because the hotel has been operating since 2018. Additionally, the soundproofing was inadequate. The garden did not appear as organized or aesthetically pleasing as shown in the photos, possibly due to the colder season. On a positive note, the hotel’s location, away from the city, makes it an ideal choice for a peaceful city getaway.»

«位置好。距離柳杉王公園，小吃街都很近。小吃街有農家菜，奶茶是沒有的。原定的春華房沒有了，店家幫免費升到九婉套房。房間很大，中央空調製熱很給力，有空氣凈化器。洗澡水很大很暖和。床比較舒服。早餐有粥鹹菜小饅頭雞蛋玉米紅薯，可以要求豆漿。總體不錯。建議，床這邊加裝紗簾，衹有遮光簾沒有紗簾，白天不太方便。這間套房在酒店最下方的角落，外面空調外機聲音很大。大門門鎖不太好用，感覺不太安全。最後，貓貓很可愛。»

«This place has the most wonderful view from our point of view! The staff were all friendly and the service is a top notch! They have plenty of room and rooms on the same building as check in counter were comes in different themes! Very suitable for solo traveling, friends, couple or even family! DDaniel RodThe hotel is located fairly centrally in the island of Pingtan in a small village. Its exterior is nicely decorated with lights, and if you arrive late at night like we did, you’ll thank for that, as it shines like a beacon in a otherwise not very well lit street.
The service shone from the beginning. One of the staff was ready to help us with our luggage and show us in, and there was no delay with the registration of my passport (something that as any foreigner that has travelled in the Chinese Mainland will be able to tell, is not something to take for granted), and was immediately added to WeChat, where through the entire trip I was kept updated on everything relevant to us as guests, from the time breakfast was ready, to the fact that a guest with a dog was going to stay in a room next to ours (to which they offered to change if we needed in case any of us was scared or allergic to dogs). Breakfast was always kept warm for us, even when we were coming down late and were not expecting it to be there, and in general the staff’s attitude was always what you would expect in a bigger, more established (and more expensive) hotel, but with a home-stay twist.
The hotel is not very close to any scenic spot or touristic destination, but they offer a service of e-bike rental that we used through the trip, and that we’d recommend to anybody is staying here as it took transportation off the list of things we had to think about, and allowed us to fully take advantage of the central location of the inn. With 2 people per bike, going very far North, or South to the city (sometimes both in one trip), we never ran too close to empty our batteries.
The room was clean, big enough, and as we were staying on the last floor and our door opened to a patio, very well ventilated. The patio also proved to be a nice place to sit and chill or eat, and I was able to make work I had to finish feel less of a sore in the middle of my holidays. The only things I’d add or change to the room experience are a place to hang clothes (there wasn’t any closet or the sort), the toilet paper (they offered tissues but they don’t feel the same when you want to, you know, keep your hands clean), and real towels (they offer disposable towels, but they’re just not the same).
In conclusion, not only I would come back but I most certainly will, as I had an amazing trip and this inn played no small part in it. Would 100% recommend if you like less noisy, more home stay-ey atmosphere, and don’t mind to be a few minutes drive from the city.

JJ995LMi esposa y yo pasamos recientemente unos días en el Hotel Fuzhou Sanbaobindi para una escapada muy necesaria, y fue, sin duda, la mejor experiencia hotelera que hemos tenido. Ubicado en el corazón del histórico distrito Sanfang Qixiang de Fuzhou, el hotel fue la base perfecta para explorar los tesoros culturales del antiguo Fuzhou, todo a poca distancia a pie, incluyendo acceso al metro.
Desde el momento en que entramos, la experiencia fue excepcional. Nos recibieron cálidamente con té tradicional y aperitivos, y el proceso de registro fue facilísimo: ¡menos de tres minutos! Nuestra habitación daba a un jardín chino bellamente cuidado y combinaba a la perfección el diseño tradicional con el confort moderno. Cada detalle de la habitación estaba impecable, mostrando un claro respeto por la arquitectura histórica.
Sin embargo, lo más destacado de nuestra estancia fue la atención y la hospitalidad del personal, especialmente de nuestro gerente de atención al cliente, Roy Huang. Roy superó todas las expectativas, ofreciéndonos aperitivos por la noche y postres diarios, y dedicándose tiempo a compartir sus conocimientos sobre la rica historia y cultura de Fuzhou. Nuestras conversaciones con él fueron un verdadero placer: aprendimos sobre la arquitectura de la ciudad, la historia del hotel e incluso la cultura local del té, que nos presentó con gran dedicación y conocimiento.

UUsuario invitadoBooked an 5 day stay for an Business Trip.
Location of hotel is good. There are a small shopping mall directly downstairs with some restaurants. (including starbucks and Mcdonalds) Most popular tourists and large shopping malls in the area are accessible via an short taxi trip. between 5-15 mins depending where you go.
Overall hotel is very clean.
Now for all the downside, (for reference I'm here during December with weather around 18 degrees during the day and 12-14 degrees during the night), if you like to control your own room temperature for your own comfort, do NOT book this hotel. The problem here is that they have an climate control in the room, however, it does not actually control any room temperature as I had later found out. Each day the hotel was pumping in heating through the centralised air condition. I complained that it was getting far too ”warm” for me and it was getting uncomfortable as the room felt stuffy and was giving me headaches, As there was no windows that you can open, there was no way to get ”fresh air” feeling into the room. It was also affecting my sleep during the night, this was an VERY unpleasant feeling. I tried to speak to the staff about this problem and their simple reply was basically ”nothing we can do” not even an attempt to offer an solution and that the climate control inside the room does NOT in fact control the temperature for the rooms!
Another issue was I switched on the DND (do not disturb button) as I did not needed any room cleaning during the first night of stay, I came back to find room was cleaned and items was moved around. Now admittedly it's nice to come back to an tidied room, however I did not expect anyone to come in even though I switched the DND switch on. On the third day the same thing happen however this time I was inside the room working. Even though the DND button was switched on, staff was still knocking on doors and coming in to check if I needed room cleaning. After I rejected I was receiving calls to confirm I didn't need room cleaning, now all this is probably an good service for other people but for me it was very irritating as it kept interrupting me during an important work conference call.
The final thing that I found to be quite lacking considering this is ”Hilton” was when I checked out, the staff asked if I needed an receipt/invoice for my stay, in which I requested yes, as I needed to put it to office accounts department for reimbursement purposes. They actually told me they could not print out any invoices for my stay. I needed to go and do that myself on Trip, which was fine, I thought I can do that myself, however because I have used room service etc I cannot get this on ”Trip”'s website. It just felt the whole experience was so poor coming from the ”Hilton” group. 100% the worst stay I have had.

UUsuario invitadoLa relación precio/rendimiento es muy alta. Hay Anping Plaza y Luckin Coffee cerca del hotel. La habitación es bastante grande y limpia. También hay muchas especialidades locales de Fuzhou. Comida deliciosa cerca del hotel y puedes visitarlo. El servicio brindado por Shanshan en la recepción también fue muy atento y entusiasta, y quedé muy satisfecho.
Además, nos gustaría agradecer a los dos chefs que nos recogieron y nos dejaron. El servicio fue realmente bueno.

UUsuario invitadoI would have given this hotel 5 stars but unfortunately the front desk staff is not very welcoming to “foreigners” as they call people who are not Chinese. The room and amenities are excellent but the front desk staff should be trained to greet everyone alike and not be afraid to communicate with “foreigners” via a translator. That’s what I have been doing since I don’t speak any Chinese. One staff member ran away when I handed my Canadian passport to him and told him I couldn’t speak Chinese. He panicked and literally gave my passport to his colleague to handle my check-in. Then he ran to help the lady behind me. I find this unprofessional. Then his colleague got annoyed that I couldn’t understand her writing of my room number when I asked her what it was. She wrote a ‘P’ instead of a 9. Thankfully, a very nice guest had to help me clarify the room and floor number. I had a completely different experience at the Atour hotel In Xiamen the previous two days. The staff there didn’t speak English but they were friendly and welcoming, and we communicated just fine with the translators. I have been travelling throughout China for three weeks, and this is the first hotel where the front desk lacks a sense of guest-service. Although I loved my room and the cleanliness, I will not be staying here again. A hotel this close to the airport should train their staff to do their best to welcome everyone: nationals and “foreigners” alike.

VVerveLocated near to sanfang qixiang, dongbai malls and daming night street food. All rooms on 3rd floor, view is very limited, some rooms have blocked view. Breakfast is very basic. Washer and dryer are free to use. Orange scented toiletries are nice. Twin beds are big, enough for 2A2C. Overall a good place to stay.

AAnh-BaoThe apartment is located inside a modern high rise building (with four elevators) in the middle of what appears to be a middle class neighborhood.
The building is within walking distance (I estimate 10-15 minutes tops) of the Fuzhou-South railway station. However. When me and my friend arrived there we decided to take a cab due to heavy rain - and we got yelled at because the driver was unhappy about the destination being so close to the railway station We yelled back and the driver apologized. We later realized that it would have been smarter to order a DiDi as cab drivers have to wait in line long time to get a railway customer and it is understandable that they want a customer who wants to go to the city center. Still. He had no right to yell at us. This is what the minimum fee is for.
Anyway. It is one of those high rise buildings that is built around a huge mall. Plenty of shops, drug stores, markets, restaurants (outside the mall) are within 5 minute radius. A mall entrance is within 3 minute walking distance. Very very convenient location. Not only so. Every day after 10:00pm there is a night market down the street where you can buy all sorts of delicious snacks even grilled oysters and steak.
Me and my friend had no issue locating the apartment because upon arriving at Fuzhou-South we got in touch with the owner. The owner then befriended me on WeChat, sent us the address, pictures of the entrance, description of how to open the main apartment door and the key lockers. Piece of cake. TBH I initially did not understand how to enter the code into the electronic door lock and so the owner came to assist. She was there within minutes after we asked for help.
The apartment is basically a bedroom with huge screen, beamer, queensize bed, workplace with sink, water cooker, washing machine, dining table and a nice, big fridge. Naturally you also have your own bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Everything was very clean and me and my friend were super happy with our choice. I initially thought that the mattress was too firm but then I slept very well on it. You have to take a cab or DiDi to the city center but its not far so it is not expensive. The A/C works very well. The view from the 18th floor is amazing.
Would I stay there again? Given the good location, hygiene and price I would absolutely stay there again.

UUsuario invitadoIt was great experience staying in this hotel. The location was fantastic as it is right next to the subway station. The staff were so friendly, particularly Yang Qing, so bubbly and helpful. The hotel view was amazing too. We can see wuyi square and white tower. Will come back definitely.

UUsuario invitadoUn hotel muy rentable. La salida A de la estación Luozhou Hot Spring de la línea 4 del metro está justo enfrente del hotel, lo cual es muy conveniente. Muy satisfecho con la estancia y el servicio! Actualización gratuita al momento del check-in y la comida para llevar se entrega de manera inteligente mediante robots. Ocurrió un incidente durante mi estadía: pedí comida para llevar y me la entregaron en el hotel equivocado (no sé a qué hotel la entregaron. Llamé a la recepción para pedir ayuda). y tomó la comida para llevar del hotel equivocado. Fue muy extraño. El pequeño capítulo de la recepción ofrece varias guías de viaje, ¡lo cual es doblemente agradable!

UUsuario invitadoEl restaurante está justo enfrente del Civil Aviation Yunxiang Express. Va al aeropuerto cada media hora y cuesta 31 yuanes. Hay una estación de autobuses en la planta baja del hotel. Es muy conveniente ir a varias atracciones. En el lado izquierdo de la calle cuando sales, hay un comedor número 㐅 al lado. No recuerdo qué comedor es. Los materiales son frescos, el ambiente dentro del restaurante es higiénico y el precio no es caro. Viajamos por nuestra cuenta y elegimos el hotel adecuado. El hotel también ofrece té blanco, baya de goji, dátiles rojos y crisantemo.
