La peor suite en la que me he alojado, mala configuración, malas habitaciones y mal servicio. 1. La suite solo tiene un baño, y las habitaciones anteriores tenían dos.
2. No hay taburete junto a la cama, espejo de maquillaje ni espejo de tocador en el dormitorio. La luz del espejo del lavabo es muy tenue, lo que hace que sea muy incómodo maquillarse.
3. El embajador del servicio agregó WeChat, pero la comunicación del servicio no fue fluida. El número de la habitación y las cosas a entregar no se comunicaron bien. Posteriormente, se entregó un pequeño espejo de aumento y se dejó afuera de la puerta sin previo aviso. Le dije que lo sentía pero ni siquiera me dio una fruta.
4. La almohada del niño fue dejada en el hotel. The room is not ultra-modern, you can feel that it is already "classical", but nothing wrong with that. Really clean, no smell of cigarettes (even in non-smoking rooms it can happen).
Really helpful staff. Check in very fast and polite.

Had a wonderful stay at the Intercontinental hotel! Service was lovely, special thanks to Peter Lin who gave us a free upgade to a bigger room. And also a thank you to Barry Zheng for the kind service with our luggage delivery to our room.
The room was clean, had no smell, and had a amazing view of the city. (especially the night time view!)
Location was great, very close to local eateries and attractions, and many convenience stores as well.
Overall a 10/10 experience, and will definitely be coming back to stay again! Thank you!

The room was clean and spacious and very enjoyable to be in for 4 nights. The service in this hotel is commendable and they really go the extra mile.
First of all, there were issues with the first two rooms I was assigned. By the second room, I passed a comment “forget it, I’m lazy to request for a new room again” and the concierge staff with me offered to go down and get me another room. I didn’t get his name but I appreciate it and I got to have a comfortable stay thanks to him.
The other incident involved my Taobao return package which was divided into two parts and only one package reached the seller. I had already left China by then and was severely limited in trying to resolve the issue myself. I emailed the hotel for assistance, and am very grateful to Wilson Ye from Concierge who spent a few days following up with the platform and courier.
Would strongly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again if I ever visit Fuzhou.

My stay at the InterContinental Hotel in Fuzhou, was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff’s professionalism and warm hospitality were evident, setting the tone for a luxurious stay.
The highlight of my visit was the suite—it was simply amazing! Spacious, elegantly designed, and impeccably clean, the suite exuded luxury in every detail. The panoramic city views from the large windows were breathtaking, both during the day and at night when Fuzhou lights up. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the high-quality amenities, including the rainfall shower and plush bathrobes, added to the indulgence.
The dining options at the hotel were also good.
The hotel’s location in the heart of the city made it convenient to explore nearby attractions, and the concierge was helpful in providing recommendations and arranging transportation.
Overall, my stay at the InterContinental Fuzhou was flawless. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this hotel offers an unparalleled level of comfort and luxury. I can’t wait to return!
