Hotel Christine

這是德國南部之旅體檢感最好的酒店，雖然離小鎮中心有一點距離，但是勝在安靜整潔，設施很新，房間還有歡迎水果和點心。早餐是驚喜，按位出品，米其林一星的水準，非常豐盛。知道我們是中國人還特意增加了海鮮粥，味道比國內吃的都棒，非常推薦

Hotel Christine was our final stop of our 40th-anniversary trip to Germany and it turns out we saved the best for last. The amenities in the Hotel Christine room elevated the room above the other 3-star hotels we’d stayed at. They had a sturdy fan, something every other hotel we’d stayed at sorely lacked, especially with the unexpected warm weather. The sliding glass door could be cracked open, allowing fresh air in but maintaining safety. The room was also clean and had a wonderful view off the balcony of Neuschwanstein. The owner, Kurt Ruppert, a friendly, kind man, is a true master chef. We felt so pampered and special and looked forward to breakfast, which was a special event. Smoked salmon, fancy cheeses, meats, yogurts, fruit cup, fruit smoothies, orange juice, and coffee, not to mention the showcase, a special treat prepared by Kurt Ruppert that was different each morning but each dish was exquisitely delicious, a visual and tasty treat. A 10/10 on the culinary scale of excellence. Anna, his helper, was one of the friendliest people we’ve had the pleasure to meet. She added to the experience and helped out in various aspects of running the hotel. We were always greeted with warmth and a wide smile, a great way to start the day. We’re already planning my next trip to Germany and Hotel Christine is on the top of the list.

This hotel was part of our stay for our trip on the “Romantic route” and we were very pleasantly surprised, the room was as neat as a pin, walking distance to the old town and close to Schloss Neuschwanstein. Absolutely brilliant breakfast, I would highly recommend this hotel.
