The environment of M Gallery is very exclusive and peaceful. The room is so spacious and comfortable. The best thing is it has a perfect view of Changbai Mountain! The outdoor hot springs is very special. The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, were very friendly and eager to accommodate our needs, offering warm hospitality throughout our stay. Thank you to the manager, 高扬 for the great experience. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to changbaishan.

沒想到酒店竟然是人世間取景地，室外温泉可以看長白山，贈送滑雪也是體驗感拉滿，魯能滑雪有初級到，新手友好，相比之下萬達賽道挑人了。再説一下服務，整體東北人熱情豪爽，很開心，特別感謝一對一管家CoCo，以及前台的小姐姐和小哥哥，謝謝你們讓我們感受東北的熱情與周到

來了很多次度假區了。服務很好。在這裏特別感謝我們的管家Ricky。全程服務很好，東北很冷，但是人心很熱。雖然偶爾有些小插曲，但是都能幫我們圓滿的解決。酒店沒有熱水，管家得知我是為了鍛鍊身體後洗澡，安排車送我到另一家酒店的健身房鍛鍊，直接在健身房洗完了。還細心的幫我準備了水，和香蕉，鍛鍊後可以迅速補充。心很細。
設施:酒店風景很好。觀景台可以看到長白山。這一點好評。早餐中規中矩。比較遺憾，可能是因為淡季原因吧。酒店的泡池沒開。房間偶爾沒熱水。
白山黑水野可以。以後有機會還會再來的。

長白山之旅的意外驚喜，這家酒店承包了我們所有心動
和對象計劃了很久的長白山情侶遊，最慶幸的就是選對了這家酒店——從入住到離開，每一天都被驚喜和温暖填滿。
酒店的長白山景觀完全超出預期，我們定的基礎房本就標註能看景，辦理入住時前台直接説幫我們免費升房，推開新房間陽台門的瞬間，兩人都忍不住驚呼：遠處的長白山主峯裹着雪，雲霧漫過山腰，清晨看日出、傍晚看落霞，不用擠景區，在房間裏就能把長白山的温柔風光盡收眼底，隨手拍的照片發朋友圈，朋友都問是不是訂了頂配觀景房。
更讓我們感動的是金師傅和姚師傅的暖心服務。退房當天我們計劃去白溪遊客中心換乘景區車，查了打車要近七八十塊，正準備叫車時，碰到在酒店門口整理車輛的金師傅，隨口提了一嘴要去遊客中心。沒想到他聽完就説“姚師傅等下要去附近辦事，順道送你們過去”，後來才知道，遊客中心和他們要去的地方根本不順路，繞了近十分鐘的路，卻全程沒提一句麻煩，路上還主動跟我們説景區裏哪裡拍照好看、什麼時候去天池人最少，下車時反覆叮囑我們注意安全，這份熱心比長白山的陽光還暖。
早餐也得好好誇誇，種類不算堆砌但每樣都精緻好吃。現煮的蛋嫩得恰到好處，現烤的小麪包帶着黃油香，還有本地特色的玉米糊和醃菜，對象平時不愛吃早餐，這幾天每天都拉着我早起去餐廳，説“錯過可惜”。
這次情侶遊，酒店不僅是住的地方，更成了旅程裏的加分項——看得到的好風景、吃得到的好味道，還有金師傅、姚師傅這樣讓人記在心裏的好服務，下次來長白山，我們肯定還選這裏。

設施：設施比較老舊，維護尚欠缺。房間很寬敞，插座不多。
衞生：衞生還算乾淨，毛巾浴巾也還潔白。
環境：環境還不錯👍房間望出去滿眼秋色。停車場不是很大。
服務：工作人員都很熱情，房間咖啡和水都很棒。早餐品種不是很多，但味道還可以的。

為了景觀所以在眾多酒店裡最終選擇了美憬閣。剛進房間覺得有些失落，因為屋前的景緻被遮擋了一大半。但後來越住越舒服。房間温暖舒適，格局合理，裝飾設計精緻而有格調。最主要是酒店位於山上，遠眺長白彩林，景色實在太美了，在頂層的酒吧觀景堪稱絕佳，完全無人打擾。早餐是一大亮點，屬於低調奢華的風格，牛奶、奶酪、瑞士捲等，絕對是頂級的味道。享用美味早餐的同時沉浸在美景之中，是美憬閣最棒的體驗。當然，山上的缺點也很難避免，比如房間裏昆蟲飛蟲有點多。另外淡季人少，酒店的泡池暫停了，特別遺憾。
