Among all the guest rooms, the Changbai Suite features 431 square meters, including two King size beds and one luxurious drawing room. Located on the second floor, the Mann restaurant features one outdoor balcony where guests could indulge in the extraordinary scenery of Changbai Mountain. Located on the fifth floor, the View Bar offers a selection of wines and a wide range of drinks and specialty snacks from around the world. While relaxing in the outdoor infinity Pool & Jacuzzi, it is a wonderful experience for guests to enjoy the scenery. Breathing in the sweet and refreshing air, immersing yourself in the concentration of over 10000 negative oxygen ions per cubic meter, your body and mind will return to nature.

The environment of M Gallery is very exclusive and peaceful. The room is so spacious and comfortable. The best thing is it has a perfect view of Changbai Mountain! The outdoor hot springs is very special. The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, were very friendly and eager to accommodate our needs, offering warm hospitality throughout our stay. Thank you to the manager, 高扬 for the great experience. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to changbaishan.

We spent 2 nights at this hotel. It looks pretty new. The rooms are big and clean. The outdoor jaccuzzi and swimming pool give a beautiful view on the
surrounding forest and mountains. The autumn colors were amazing.
We got very well attended. Special thanks to 徐小棠 Tina Xu who attended us at the Swissôtel Italian restaurant on the first night and then at both breakfasts.

景美人少服務好，度假區裏這家酒店很安靜，房間裏風景就挺好，視野開闊。酒店coco經理熱情接待，詳細告知房間免費項目，有問必答，每天都會發天池開放狀態和天氣預報，服務管家，態度超讚。房間舒適，度假區遊玩項目豐富，度過了愉快的假期!

酒店位置是全華美度假區最好的，不接受反駁！房間景觀讓人震撼，設施乾淨衞生，服務周到，特別是禮賓部丁志鵬，從登記入住開始一直周到細心，前台也幫我升級了一晚行政房，景觀更開闊，這個酒店讓我印象深刻，是會再來的點！

帶着家人來到這家酒店，前台丁志鵬叔叔詳細的介紹了旅遊指南 ，我們想了解的人蔘採摘。早餐時間比較長比較豐富，大堂裝修的非常的不錯，乾淨明亮，是一家不錯的五星級酒店，房間隔音效果好，床品非常的舒服，每個服務人員服務的特別好 入住還送了水果 。

한국인 리뷰가 없어서 처음에 반신반의 하면서 숙소 결정을 했는데 걱정과는 달리 4박5일동안 3곳의 호텔에 묵었는데 이곳이 최고였어요!!

리셉션에서부터 먼저 중국어＜-＞한국어번역기로 응대해 주셔서 도로공사로 예상보다 늦은시간에 체크인의 피로를 덜어주셨어요~! 필요사항이나 문의 사항은 위챗아이디로 소통할 수 있어서 편리했습니다.
-방-
저는 5층에 발코니가 있는 방에 묵었는데, 매일 아침 백두산 옆으로 뜨는 해를 맞이 할 수 있었고 숙소 밑으로 펼쳐진 원시림 같은 숲은 맑은 공기와 아름다운 새소리를 선물해 줬습니다.
방에선 피톤치드같은 향이 나고, 화장실에 있는 욕조앞에 나무 문은 오픈이 가능해서 방안에서도 백두산을 바라보며 반신욕을 즐길 수 있어요!
하루에 물고 여섯병씩 준비해주셔서 부족함 없이 수분을 섭취할수 있습니다!!
다만, 에어컨이 고장인지 어쩐건지 최근 백두산주변이 덥고, 습지대가 많은 쪽이라 에어컨를 틀어도 덥게 느낄수 있다고 하셨었는데 에어컨 바람이 나오다 말다 했어요, 더웠지만 방안에 있는 선풍기로 더위는 달랠 수 있었어요. 에어컨은 점검이 필요해 보여요^^
-조식-
조식도 너무 좋았어요 계란후라이는 사람들 취향에 맞게 완숙 반숙 다 준비되어있고 볶음밥도 너무 맛있었어요!! 작은병의 요거트도 입맛에 너무 좋았습니다. 음식들 데코하나하나가 5성급호텔에서도 볼수 없는 푸드 스타일링이 너무 좋았어요.
숙박 바우처에 있던 별빛음료(샐러드,양꼬치,감자튀김,소세지,음료(맥주가능)) 쿠폰으로 잊지 못할 하루저녁을 만들어 주셨어요. 향신료냄새가 좀 강하긴 했지만 현지음식의 특색을 느껴보는 시간이였습니다.
-총 평가-
조식이며, 방상태 , 뷰, 응대 모두 너무 좋았습니다.
다만 에어컨점검은 필요해 보입니다!!
