The environment of M Gallery is very exclusive and peaceful. The room is so spacious and comfortable. The best thing is it has a perfect view of Changbai Mountain! The outdoor hot springs is very special. The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, were very friendly and eager to accommodate our needs, offering warm hospitality throughout our stay. Thank you to the manager, 高扬 for the great experience. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to changbaishan.

We spent 2 nights at this hotel. It looks pretty new. The rooms are big and clean. The outdoor jaccuzzi and swimming pool give a beautiful view on the
surrounding forest and mountains. The autumn colors were amazing.
We got very well attended. Special thanks to 徐小棠 Tina Xu who attended us at the Swissôtel Italian restaurant on the first night and then at both breakfasts.

酒店環境好、設施全，住得特別舒心，選對它直接讓旅行幸福感飆升!
表揚8/14晚班的一個小姐姐和小哥哥，超級熱心善良。入住前，同行的小朋友在其他酒店受傷了，半夜要去打狂犬疫苗，到酒店已經晚上10點多了，他們兩位前台一直幫忙打給醫院，還幫忙到處打聽哪裡24hr能打疫苗。安慰我們，還幫忙處理傷口。在他們的幫助下我們順利打到疫苗，事後他們還關心問我們情況。在半夜我們非常不方便的情況下提供了很多幫助，應急處理特別優秀！真的很棒！希望酒店能找到這兩位優秀的員工加雞腿。
經理加微信後給的攻略全是乾貨，還貼心告知天氣和裝備要點，行程超順暢，體驗感直接拉滿，必須好評!

酒店在整個度假村最高的位置，房間視線無遮擋，開窗見林見山，風景絕美（如圖）。酒店客房數量不多，非常安靜，有一個私湯，每次去幾乎都可以包場。
服務人員熱情有禮貌，服務到位不越位。
酒店包含很多室外的活動，可以去看非遺項目打鐵花。項目都很好玩，有擺渡車也很方便。經理服務特別及時，有問題回覆也很及時，環境絕美！

望長白美憬閣酒店真的太驚艷了，人世間拍攝地，酒店在山上，一進大堂就被對面的長白山景色驚艷到了，無邊泳池更是讓人各種感歎，給的權益都是一天可以用一次，雖然也不一定每天都去，但是讓人感覺很舒服，房間設施很新，迷你bar，水果等等都體現了作為度假酒店的服務，下次還會再來！
