TTop IssarapongI had memorable experiences of visiting Changbaishan west. The journey of stunning winter scenery from the bus then exciting snowmobile riding to the summit to see breathtaking views marked this stay as the best of my trip.
As a non-Chinese speaking foreigner, the hotel staffs/receptionists were so kind and get me through difficulties and guided me step-by-step to get to Changbaishan.
Hot springs bath was nice, breakfast was rich with fresh coffee while not many hotels offered.
Location is just opposite the entrance of changbaishan ticket gate where you can beat the crowd to the mountain if you start early.
Highly recommended for anyone who seeks comfortable of climbing Changbaishan, for foreigners you may just having a translator app then you will be fine.

肆肆无忌TanThe room is spacious and exceptionally clean. We loved the Kang-style bed, which felt very authentic and added a charming touch of Northeast China’s culture. The breakfast was fantastic with a good variety of options. The staff were also very nice and attentive, making the stay even more pleasant.
The only downside was the pick-up and drop-off service, which is only available for the airport. This wasn’t clearly mentioned in the package details, leading to some confusion. Overall, it was a great stay with unique cultural elements, excellent amenities, and wonderful hospitality

KKarenLoved that the hotel is right around the corner from the Scenic Tourist Centre, staff at the hotel were welcoming, very helpful and lovely. Front desk staff were very accommodating and we appreciated their help in providing us with information on the tourist spots nearby. They also recommended a very nice local restaurant in a nearby town and it was delicious. The hotel does not have much food options available around but there are plentiful on the delivery apps. Loved out stay here and would recommend it to people wanting to visit the West side of the mountain.

AAUNG SOEI had an excellent experience at Swissotel and would like to commend the staff for their outstanding service. Checking in late at night, 刘基扬, 王国琪, 刘畅, 金学哲, and 段冰宇 went above and beyond, insisting on carrying our luggage and escorting us to our room. The responsiveness via WeChat at all hours was impressive. Any issues we raised, with these 5 staffs that we encountered were promptly addressed, and resolutions were provided without delay. The breakfast offerings were comprehensive, featuring both Western and Chinese cuisine; however, it would be helpful to have forks, spoons, and water readily available. Despite the demagnetization issue with the key card, the staff, especially 刘基扬 and 王国琪, responded instantly to our messages and ensured a swift resolution. 夏夏丽The hotel is well located, about 30 min by taxi from Baishan Changbaishan airport, 10 min walk from the West slope departure center as well as many restaurants.
It looks majestic from the outside and inside, although a bit old.
You can enjoy inside and outside hot springs of different kinds and temperatures.
There is a huge buffet with various choices for breakfast (Chinese dishes mainly, two kind of fruits and some Western options).
The room was very spacious and comfortable. The carpet floor was not very clean and the room smelled like cigarette on the first day, although we asked for a non smoking room. After leaving the window open the whole day it was better and the smell did not come back.
