The hotel in general is ok, the room is comfortable, the location is good and so is the view (just like the pictures), but the service is BAD. There’s a mid 40/50 years old lady in the reception, her name is Sophia and she’s one of the owners, and she is VERY rude. We had two situations with her: first one, I told her that the hotel Wi-Fi wasn’t working (there were other guests complaining) and she said that the issue was on my phone. I said that my partner and other guests were complaining too and she said that all of us should reset our phone systems, which didn’t make any sense. By the way, the Wi-Fi was not working in the rooms and in the beach for 2 days. Second one: we called the reception asking for an iron, since there was none in the room. She said that we needed to go there and pick it up. We had dinner and then we went there. She was very rude saying that the reception was closed and she couldn’t do anything. But we were never told that the receptions closes at a certain time. There’s a restaurant in the hotel, but the service is very poor as well. I was waiting to be helped so I could order food and drinks, but nobody came to get my order. I waited for 20 minutes, then I decided to go to the restaurant right in front of it, called Donna Clelia (which was GREAT). The hotel’s restaurant is ALWAYS empty while the other two restaurants across are always busy. I guess it’s due to their not nice service. The umbrellas by the beach are charged separated and are 45 euros/day, even though we were staying at the hotel. Also, we paid $350 per night, which is very expensive for what they offer. I don’t believe this is the right way to treat the guests/customers. And I guess after reading most of the reviews complaining about the service and the rude owner, I understand why the hotel is so poorly rated.
