Not the best location to other amenities. However, shuttle service to ski resort and train station helps. It is a beautiful hotel, with free flow of wine tasting and snacks in the evening. Fantastic breakfast spread. Free self service laundry. Great atmosphere for families. Would love to spend winter there again.

Room was very small and view was ugly (roof and another building). However, despite being very small it was well equipped and recently furnished and I had a good sleep. Had dinner and breakfast in hotel. Food was good for both meals. Service in hotel is a bit fussy, they waste time telling you things you don’t want to know, but then when I had a small problem with my room it took ages to get it fixed.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, situated directly opposite Furano train station and bus terminal. This made getting to and from the hotel a breeze, allowing me to easily explore the charming town of Furano and its surrounding attractions. The staff at the hotel were consistently polite and efficient, providing excellent service throughout my stay. I arrived early for check-in, but the staff kindly arranged for my luggage to be stored at the front desk until my room was ready. They even went the extra mile to move my luggage to my room once it was available, making the transition seamless. I was particularly impressed by the view from my room. Looking out over the mini park, I could enjoy the peaceful scenery and even watch the trains arriving and leaving the station. Despite its proximity to the station, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, allowing me to relax and enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. Overall, the Furano Natulux Hotel offers a comfortable and convenient stay with excellent service and a fantastic location. The beautiful view, quiet atmosphere, and friendly staff made my visit truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Furano.
