Checked us in knowing they had no hot water and didn’t tell us (or others). We left…. This is my third year trying this place strictly because of the location and convenience. Every year there has been an issue. One year double charged and it was impossible to reach anyone to rectify. I finally had to let my credit card fight it. The next year the elevator was broken and we had to lug luggage up and down the stairs. This year my first attempt they cancelled my reservation a few hours before check in and said they were closing due to plumbing. A few days later I called to ask if they were back open and specifically asked if everything was ok now and I was assured it was all set…. Then we got there and no hot water! The girl at the desk literally had no explanation for why she didn’t tell us and just apologized. It’s incredulous and I am crossing my fingers I get my refund as promised.
