Nest Hotel Hakata Station

Small hotel that I go to when visiting fukuoka usually go here becuase it is affordable and easy access.

Beautiful place to stay with a clean room and friendly staff. Great location, it’s only a few minute walk from Hakata Station. Thank you so much.

I returned to this hotel in 2026 after a positive experience in 2018 but my recent stay was disappointing overall. On the plus side, the hotel is located 5-8 mins from the train station. It offers a complimentary drink each day and provides SEKKISEI skincare samples upon request which I appreciated. I accepted a bargain price, a smaller room with limited amenities. I stayed for 3 nights without requesting for housekeeping, but fresh towels were provided. Additional water, coffee and tea could be requested at the front desk. However, during my stay, I was troubled by the attitude of the staff. On our last night, when I requested extra coffee and water, the staff member checked our booking details in silence, without any acknowledgment or polite interaction. As someone who works in the hospitality industry, I feel this lack of basic courtesy and professionalism is not acceptable. On check out day, my mother and I rested in the lobby for a while. I noticed staff warmly bid farewell to local guests but other guests, including us, were ignored. This selective treatment was disappointing and left a negative impression. Overall, despite some positive aspects, the service and staff attitude did not meet expectations and regrettably, I do not plan to return

Although the space is a little tight, it has everything. Proximity to train station is good for getting around. Breakfast is sufficient and even has a few items changed daily. Overall an enjoyable and satisfied stay at this no-frills hotel. Highly recommended for those on a budget.

Good stay at nest hotel. Good and big. Provide good brand skincare. I love this hotel. Compare to nearby hotel , price is reasonable . Room are big and clean. Toilet also very clean

Nice location, close to Hakata station and gion station, with coin laundry, sufficient space and within affordable price range.

Smooth check in; small room but very clean and comfortable with necessary personal amenities provided. Easy access from Hakata station and to many food outlets and convenience stores. Places of interest to visit are within walking distance.
