You have an option - eat all the bread you want or just choose a hotdog. I chose the former, and it was a good decision because that way I didn't want to eat at least for some time. So, breakfast is a good option if you are not hungry at all in the morning. But if you want to eat and have a break for 4-6 hours, it is better to eat somewhere else. So, the hotel is a good option if you stay in Fujisawa, but you need to think if you need the breakfast.
