I booked my hotel through Sonesta using my reward points. The hotel took my points and also charged my credit card anyway. The manager told me they needed reimbursed through Sonesta before they could refund my credit card. The hotel is rundown and dirty. After reading other reviews, I noticed that the elevator is still has broken tile six months later. Looks like everything‘s from the 90s, including the sheets.

Nice place with clean sheets and convient location. Staff were helpful. I’ll be back. Breakfast is available, but it’s more continental than “country”. Quite a few restaurants within walking distance. There is a pool for the kiddos, so they can have a bit to do.

If I could give a negative rating I would. This is the worst place I have ever stayed in my ENTIRE life. The owners are from another country and DO NOT communicate well or speak good English, not friendly at all. They don't know how to run a business and they put all of their lazy, non English speaking people behind the counter & anyone else they place cleaning rooms & expect them to do the maintenance too, because they are too cheap to hire repairmen or a maintenance person. Maybe if you were more hospitable/friendly your business would be better. If you go to another country and open a business but don't know how to treat customers then go back to your own country. We work hard here in America & we know how to treat people. I guess it's ok to yell and scream at your customers for no reason in their homeland, but it's not ok here. That's abusive behavior and harassment. The rooms are disgusting, smell horrible, and bugs of all kinds crawling everywhere. The small appliances only work half the time....we lost about $50 worth of food because of bugs & the freezer stopped working. The WiFi doesn't work most of the time and you are constantly getting kicked off, so if you have a Roku or similar device, good luck trying to watch a movie, etc. And to make matters worse, the toilet doesn't flush, we have to fill a bucket in the tub to flush our toilet. The tub is disgusting and yellow & that's AFTER I scrubbed it myself. The only people that were worthy employees they have let slip away. I will never grace this place with my presence again. Why would I want to deal with people that are hateful to you the minute you walk through the door? This place will either go out of business for lack of good management, or something possibly even worse because they don't keep up with repairs or maintenance. I will add photos when I have time.

BED BUGS! They offered to give us a new room, upon examining the bed in it, the sheets were full of dark hairs, too many to count. When refunding us they withheld $45 because we dropped our bags in the room and went to dinner and had to pay for “the time we spent there”. Ridiculous. Decor is stuck in the 1980’s. Bass Pro is next door, they should buy this place, knock it down and park pontoon boats in the lot. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!

This is a good hotel in a good location. It has restaurants and supermarket within walking distance with a few other shop options. The facilities are good with gym and pool ect. Breakfast also good but I found breakfast staff a bit rude at times but to be fair sometimes she was just too busy. Rooms were also a good size. Coffee in reception was also very good. Well this was a well priced hotel in the area there were a few things that really need to be understood before booking the hotel. Rooms are not serviced every day which is fine with me but it was only fully serviced twice in a 11 day stay. Rubbish is to be left outside the door as rooms not serviced every day ( was not explained so I did not know). I did have a few marks on the clean towels that were replaced and in the last nights stay noticed a wall was wet. It was not the air con as it was only one wall and not the wall air con was on. Carpet was also wet I wondered why my clothes felt a bit damp a day or two earlier. I did report the problem but there seemed to be no urgency ect around it. I will be visiting the area frequently so would like to stay again hopefully I will.

***DO NOT STAY HERE! ***I would give negative stays if possible. Their rooms are gross. There was mold around the window and in the fridge and shower. The fridge didn't even work in my room. Thankfully I had a cooler. While we were there the pool was closed. The WIFI didn't work. They made us wait to get towels in our room and the breakfast area was very dirty as well. Over all every single part of the stay was HORRIBLE! I stayed there at the start of June. They charged my account 8 weeks later. I tried to call the front desk to see why they waited so long to charge me. The lady at the front desk was RUDE and hung up on me. She insisted that she was the owner of the hotel and owned all of Americas best value inns. That she was the CEO and she didn't have any boss at all.

DO NOT BOOK WITH. I accidentally booked my room for a week earlier than I intended to (for one night only). I caught the mistake at noon the day of check in (3 hours before check in even began). All they had to do was move my reservation to the correct day (rooms were available). Instead, they decided to keep my money and not change my date. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS.
