The first room they tried to put us in had mold on the wall by the bathroom, not to mention the absolutely horrible smell. I asked for another room and was being given the go around and was told they were full. Then I showed the photo of the black mold I took and magically I was able to get a new room. There is not a place to fill up water, just ice. The morning “continental breakfast” is not much more than bread a few pastries, option to make waffles, and some juice. The room looked like it was out of a zombie apocalypse movie. Things looked super messed up. The tub does have a sticker watch your step but it needs to say beware the tub is super high. Me and my fiancé almost ate s**** trying to get out. The check out staff was relatively friendly.

Elevator broke on the second day. My room keys stopped working twice. The desk staff were quick to repair them, though. Just generally a run-down hotel.

Won't stay here again. Not maintained well. Cracked floor tile in bathroom that actually moved when stepped on. Sink drain slow. Fridge hard to use in cabinet, had to move it to open it and move it back to close it. Elevator out of order when we arrived, had to haul our luggage up two flights of stairs to third floor room. It worked the next day, but not well. "Breakfast" was minimal. Carbs only. Waffles, toast, muffins, cereal, juice, milk, dispenser coffee. A/C noisy, weird noise. Bedside electrical outlets too loose to keep phone chargers plugged in.

Don’t recommend Even tho it says there is breakfast better off planning on it being empty most of the amenities was broken or not working

The staff was helpful and courteous. The beverage vending machine in the lobby, however, was at 80°F, not a good temperature for storing soda, water and especially juice.

Friendly hosts and close to all the action. The staff were very friendly. Beautiful smiles and seemed excited to hear about the Anime convention we were attending. There's no maid service so remember to ask for extra towels, trash bags etc. easy to do and graciously given. We plan to stay there again next year.
