We stayed in one of the refurbished premier plus room. The receptionist was very friendly booking us in. The room was immaculate and warm. Bathroom has a bath and a rainfall and normal shower, with plenty of hot water. Day reception and the staff who look after the rooms also very friendly. We had plenty of hangers, theres lots pf plugs and by the side of the bed there’s a USB plug to charge your phones/ipads etc. There is tea and coffee making facilities in the room and if you run out, you can just pop to reception and help yourself. Only thing they don’t have is decaf tea, so bring your own. Would definitely recommend if you are planning on exploring the area.

We had a good stay at Frome Premier Inn. It's handily located for the town centre (and parkrun for me). Very friendly staff and good, reasonable price. We spent the following day walking in the surrounding countryside. Ideal for a short stay in a nice part of the country.

Welcoming check-in staff and high quality “Plus” room but stay marred by non-advised in advance room refurbishment works noise & vibration and inconsiderate woks contractors. Breakfast buffet lacked sufficient pre-prepared cold foods and hot foodstuffs replenishment was inadequate.

Great location to visit Longleat's Festival of Lights. Just 10 minutes drive from Premier Inn Frome to Longleat. Highly recommend also visiting Stourhead Gardens (National Trust). We took our two grandchildren and we all enjoyed breakfast and an evening meal at the Beefeater next to the Premier Inn.

Not the greatest Premier Inn, no aircon, limited disable parking bays in a very large carpark, very basic a missing furniture - only one bedside table. Location is good but it's a shame they didn't have a Premier Inn in Frome. Staff helpful and friendly as I always find. Needs updating.

I was a little bit apprehensive about this booking but it was absolutely delightful! The most comfortable bed, table and chairs and a newly decorated Premier Plus room. Beefeater being on site was really handy too. Pleasantly surprised!.

Premier inn hotels are usually fairly standard. You get what you pay for - same furniture, same beds etc. This one is not like that. Mouldy bathrooms. Uncomfy beds. Restaurant attached slow and tables are sticky. Avoid this hotel. Very expensive for an awful experience.

The room was immaculate. Bed was super comfy. All the sockets and charging ports you could ask for! Decor was modern, loved the lighting. Coffee machine, chocolates. Staff super friendly. Only negative was no shaving socket (unless I couldn’t find it) so I could charge my electric toothbrush! Water pressure a little low. Would give 4.8 but definitely the best premier inn I’ve stayed in. If you can stretch to the plus room, you should!

pillows and beds are really comfortable the rooms are exceptionally clean there is everything you need for a stay the reception is helpful and polite there is a good choice of food at the beafeater joining the premier inn i would highly recommend it has been a lovely experience
