Enjoy your vacation in our 3 star apartments in quiet, rural surroundings
in the heart of East Frisia! .... right on our beautifully situated house lake
The newly built holiday apartments in 2010 are located directly behind our guest house on the 1.8 hectare, idyllic lake with trees and other greenery, completely embedded with an island in the middle.
Any app. has a separate entrance ... and a large lake terrace!
In the living and dining room there is a cozy sofa corner (to convert to a sofa bed) to relax and a dining table with 4 chairs. We offer you an Internet connection and WiFi, a flat-screen TV and a radio / CD player.
A well-equipped kitchenette, a hob with oven, a microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and a fridge / freezer. There is enough storage space for your things!
Enjoy floor heating in the comfort bathroom (barrier-free) with a large shower (1.20 mx 1.20 m) or (1.00 m x 1.00 m), a hair dryer and cosmetic mirror. You wake up rested and relaxed in our comfortable box spring beds with a comfortable height. The windows are equipped with insect screens.
After you have been woken up by the morning sun, you can enjoy your breakfast on the terrace and start your vacation totally relaxed!
You can enter the terrace from the living-dining room and the bedroom!
There you will find garden furniture ... with cushions for relaxing and unwinding as well as a grill for cozy evenings. Enjoy the blooming water lilies or watch herons, ducks and our turtles.
Even in bad weather it is not boring to look at the lake. There's always something going on there! It is relaxing to look at the water in every season.

Einfach traumhaft!
Wir sind sonntags angereist und eine Woche geblieben. Es war genau die Woche in der es so richtig warm war (29.06. - 06.07.) - zwei Tage davon über 30C. Daher war, besonders in unserem Fall, die östliche Ausrichtung der Terrasse des Appartements ideal:Jeden Morgen konnten wir auf der Terrasse, bei aufgehender Sonne, den ersten Kaffee geniessen und anschließend dort frühstücken. Ein Sonnenschirm und mittelgroße Bäume brachten genug Schatten. Mittags verschwand die Sonne vorm Haus, welches dann für den Rest des Tages für Schatten sorgte.Der ständige Blick auf den See - mit seiner Flora und Fauna - ist so beruhigend und entspannend, dass man eigentlich gar nichts mehr unternehmen möchte. Springende Fische, umherschwimmende Wasservögel, Libellen u.v.m. bringen einen dazu, die Seele richtig baumeln zu lassen.Die Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen:Ein geräumiges Bad, ausreichend großes Schlafzimmer, voll ausgestattete Eck-Küchenzeile für 4 Personen etc. Es ist alles da was man benötigt.Die Eheleute Wilken sind ein sehr nettes Paar die sich um alles bestens und liebevoll kümmern.In der näheren Umgebung (5-25km) gibt es reichlich Gastronomie (asiatisch, griechisch, italienisch, sowie das Walhalla Wickinger Restaurant, welches unbedingt auch besucht werden sollte). Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch und möchten uns nocheinmal herzlich für die tolle Zeit bedanken.

Ruhige Lage am See
Es waren sehr schöne Tage an der Nordsee mit wunderschönem Blick auf den See. Sonne von Morgens bis nachmittags auf der Terrasse. Das angrenzende Cafe lädt zum Frühstück oder Kaffeetrinken ein. Das Apartment hat alles was man im Urlaub braucht

Toller Ausblick
Es hat alles Super geklappt , sigar das Wetter hat mitgespielt. Toller Ausblick von der Terasse auf den See. In der Wohnung fehlte nichts.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Gemütlich, ruhig, perfekt
Ich war zum zweiten Mal dort und war wieder begeistert. Freundliche Vermieter, es ist für alles gesorgt, was man benötigt, gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung, herrlicher Blick auf den kleinen See von der zugehörigen Terrasse. Sehr gerne noch mal...Wenn ich es einrichten kann.

Eine wunderschöne Auszeit
Wir haben ein paar Tage Auszeit gebraucht. Bei der Buchung ging ich glaube von meiner Seite was schief, das wurde wahrscheinlich mit viel Aufwand berichtigt. Mein Partner ist körperlich eingeschränkt und wir reisen mit einem 55 kg Hund. Wir wollten Vor allem Ruhe. Genau das haben wir dort bekommen. Die Gastgeber geben sich sehr viel Mühe, besondere Bedürfnisse zu erfüllen ohne diese zu bewerten. Sie lassen einem in Ruhe, wenn wir Hilfe benötigen konnten wir bei ihnen klingeln. Einfach ein wunderbarer Urlaub.
