We had an absolutely awful experience with this hotel. After pre-paying for four nights, we checked in to our room, to find that it was left in a disgusting state. There were significant grease marks on the handle of the refrigerator, the room smelled mouldy and the furniture in the bedroom was coming apart. Specifically, the legs of the side table were such that nothing could be placed upon it. We spent no more than 20 minutes at the hotel, then left. We were initially informed that we would have to pay for one night. This was accepted by us but when it was not observed, we initiated a complaint through our credit card company. The hotel said that they would credit us 50% of what we paid. Alas, this never happened. After multiple calls and respectful efforts to obtain a satisfactory result, the hotel has kept 100% of our money because they claim that they found the room to have been perfectly clean. The management of this property has no ethics and we therefore strongly discourage others to patronise this dishonourable establishment.
