I recently stayed at Hyatt Place Fresno hotel, and had one of the most frustrating experiences with housekeeping. Upon check-in, I requested daily service, yet my room remained unattended until Friday—despite calling the front desk three times to address the issue. Throughout my stay, I had to request fresh towels every day and even ran out of toilet paper, requiring me to contact staff for replenishment. This level of service was unacceptable, especially as an Explorist and former Globalist. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet the standards I have come to expect from Hyatt, and I will be exploring other hotel options for future stays.
