I rented a room here while in town helping mom move out of her home. The gist is, I went to check in and tried to add a night, and the woman working the counter couldn’t do it or wouldn’t do it, then the woman behind me asked if we “were going to keep talking or could she get a room” and the front desk told that woman she could do it online, then she told me to call a number too. As in the one person working there couldn’t or wouldn’t help customers. I called the number, and the woman explained that. Homesuites is run on a self-check in system and therefore you cannot get, well, anything a computer can’t do. The people working just absolute 100 didn’t care. They probably make terrible wages and they’re just the middleman between us and the computer. anyway Never staying in a Hilton on principle again. (The place looked really, really nice.)
