First stay and room was immaculate nice staff convenient to travel and food

Great hotel. Would definitely return. Spotless room with all the amenities one could want. Didn’t realize there was a pool so will bring the trunks next time. The included breakfast was top shelf and the coffee was extremely good. Everything from blueberry muffins to scrumptious egg sandwiches. This place is a jewel.

This hotel is under construction, but the website doesn’t disclose that. The only thing mentioned was that breakfast wasn’t available because of renovations. The check-in desk is a window with a plywood “entryway.” The front entrance is unusable. I was instructed to enter via the side entrance. I had to walk under a man working on a lift. The door has no lock. The bottom 2 floors are completely under construction. The 3rd floor has been renovated but the hallway is extremely hot. The room was decent but the highway noise is bad. I decided not to stay. When I exited, a large piece of glass ended up on my foot. I brought it to the front window. The woman argued with me saying that the website is clear that there are renovations even as I was showing her the site on my phone. I showed her the glass piece and she pushed it back at me. There is no way this hotel is safe for occupancy.

Renovated 7 weeks ago! Great spot and good value. Rooms are very nice and the bathrooms are spotless! The staff are top notch! We had a minor key card issue and they were super helpful! If you enjoy some white noise while sleeping, ask for a room on the interstate side. If you are a light sleeper, ask for a room on the entrance side. We will stay here again!

When you look up this property, it does not say it is under complete construction and that the property is unsafe and a complete mess. We booked this hotel for the breakfast, the pool and the fitness room. There was none of that. After you book, a small tiny line is put through the pool and breakfast. But no fitness room. Either way, when I looked at the description, this property offered these things. Due to lack of space here is a SMALL list of what this property is like. Checked in to a window with plywood covering us only to be dripped on constantly. We were told they were just painting from 8 am to 8 pm. NOT TRUE. There was construction equipment, debris, wood blocking the only entrance to the building. There were nails/screws/wood all through the parking lot and blocking sidewalks. The elevator was broke one night and an employee rudely told us to just take the stairs. To the 3rd floor with an 8 month old and a stroller. Screws/nails and debris all throughout the stairwell. Dust everywhere. In order to get new towels, as ours smelt horrible, you had to go down the hall, outside, around the building to the literal window. Ice machine not working on our floor, had to go all the way to the 1st floor. No do not disturb signs. Side door had NO LOCK! My daughter stepped on a construction staple in her room, limited parking, dust, open wires, stairs full of debris, finally found a cart for luggage at the end of our trip. But it had been used by construction and was filthy
