That Place on the River comfortably accommodates 14 guests, featuring two bedrooms with king beds, an upstairs bunk room (4 full over full bunk beds) with a queen bed, and a daybed with a trundle in the family room. Our property features a fully enclosed backyard area with gated fencing, ensuring a safe space for your pets to roam. However, please keep your beloved companions leashed when outside the fenced area, especially near the riverfront. The house is located on the eastern side of US 31 and positioned on the northern bank of the river, our cozy tiny house offers high-speed internet for seamless streaming on your devices or for attending Zoom meetings while working remotely. For a scenic getaway to Lake Michigan, head just 13 minutes away to Magoon Creek, the closest public access point. To safeguard your plans, we recommend Airbnb's travel insurance at checkout, providing coverage for unexpected cancellations due to illness or adverse weather. For your safety and to ensure compliance with our maximum guest limit of 14, the Ring doorbell at the front entrance is the only active camera on the premises.
